Absolutely amazing place to stay. The property is beautiful, so clean, smells amazing and the STAFF.... every single staff member was fantastic!!! A few special shout outs tho for exceptional service is first and foremost Mason at the front desk. He's so kind and professional!!! I would go back just because of him and the amazing hospitality. And the next shout out must go to Sam, he was a waiter at the beach bar. He was funny, fast, efficient and he treated us like we were the only ones in the place, even with a packed house and the hustle!!! The Hilton gets a 20 out of 10 from me!!!!!!

Great place to stay right on the beach and walking distance to all restaurants. We did not need to rent a car. Hilton was purchasing the BeachComber right next-door when we were there. So it looks like they’re expanding. Food and Drinks in the restaurant at the hotel was delicious the hotel representative was walking around the whole week making sure everyone had what they needed and that they were happy. Her name was Dani she was great! Have stayed there several times but this time I have to say was the best!

Our stay was amazing, as usual. The only glitch was not being made aware of the cabanas not being included in the fee. No worries though! It was an easy fix. Dani was amazing working public relations. She came by every day, at Coconut Charlies, or we’d see her walking around the hotel greeting people and making sure all was well. My husband and I just had our wedding ceremony and reception at this hotel on 5/9/26 and we had such a wonderful experience. This was a destination wedding for us and all of our guests. Maria and Kate worked extensively with us. We had numerous phone and emails over the course of a year. They ensured the entire weekend went smoothly. From check in to check out, the entire stay was a dream come true. The ceremony and reception turned out absolutely perfect. The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing! All of our friends and family were impressed with the resort as well. The beach access is perfect, the pool was clean and all outdoor space was very well maintained. Both the front restaurant and the tiki bar in the back had amazing food drinks and atmosphere. The inside of the hotel is also very clean and well maintained. The suite we had was immaculate and had everything we needed! We could not be happier with the care and hospitality we received. Every single employee was hospitable, personable, and helpful. It was truly such a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back again.

Visited this beautiful resort on a Day Pass. It was absolutely flawless. We were only here for half a day enjoying the pool and cabanas. But will definitely be back for a longer stay. Brendan, Sofia, and Jay are hospitality professionals with attention to detail that is hard to find. Coconut Charlie’s drinks and food was amazing. Hammocks, cabanas and pool all top tier, beautiful. Can’t wait to come back!
