Be aware of hidden fees the hotel charge after check out without any explanation or notice at the time of your reservation or at check in. On Marriott Bonvey app at the time of the reservation it indicated all tax and fees were included in the final cost but that was not the case with this hotel. I feel the guest should be informed of any additional fees and/or tax at the time of reservation or at check in not at or after they check out. I paid for the hotel in full at check in and was not informed of any additional fees being charged to my credit at the time of check out. There was no explanation regarding additional fee for “room and tax.” I will not be coming back to this hotel.
Stayed here for one night while passing through for work and had a really great experience. The check-in process was smooth and we were even able to get into our room before the normal check-in time, which was greatly appreciated after traveling. The room itself was simple, but very clean and comfortable. We even had time to relax and enjoy the pool before heading back out. Big thank you to the staff for being so welcoming and accommodating!
I have been a loyal Marriott customer for years, but unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I received an email from the General Manager stating that my reservation had to be moved to another hotel due to unforeseen circumstances. What was most upsetting was that this was communicated only through email, without the courtesy of a phone call. As soon as I read the email, I responded immediately. Since my reservation was for the following day, I felt it was important to call the hotel directly for clarification and assistance. Unfortunately, the interaction only made the situation worse. The employee I spoke with, Sherry, was incredibly rude and dismissive from the start. Rather than showing empathy or trying to de-escalate the situation, she brushed off my concerns entirely and repeatedly directed me back to the General Manager, Diana Diaz, without offering any real help or solutions. Hospitality professionals should know how to handle difficult conversations with care and professionalism, especially when unexpected situations impact a guest’s stay. Instead, I was met with rudeness, disrespect, and a complete lack of customer service. I sincerely hope someone in leadership reviews this feedback and addresses the situation appropriately. Experiences like this not only damage customer trust, but if left unaddressed, will continue to negatively impact other guests as well.

She truly went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional from start to finish. Shara’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were unmatched. She made me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of, and her positive attitude made such a difference during my stay. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to providing outstanding service. Recently stayed with friends from out of town. Was very impressed by the room. Breakfast was very good and plentiful options. I’m vegan so I made myself a savory style oatmeal each day with coffee and fruit. It was too cold to use the pool but it looked very clean. The gym had some decent equipment and a place to refill our water bottles. The TVs were great for relaxing after our event. The bathroom and shower were very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and AC unit worked great. Hallways were immaculate and employees greeted us in the morning while doing trash or cleaning the elevator. I would absolutely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.
