This place ROCKS!! Large condo, clean near ALL the cool stuff and these guys have thought of EVERYTHING!! Including everything for hitting the beach! The wagon, boogie boards beach chairs, umbrella and TONS of toys for the kids!! That alone saved us so much in rental fees! They've answered a zillion questions about best local spots and they even have REALLY nice pots and pans... So downside on that it killed my excuse for not cooking ?. Definitely give them a try we are having a WONDERFUL vacation and I can't imagine anyone giving them a bad review unless they trashed the place? I say that cuz I saw one and I'm thinking reviewer must've got confused and was maybe staying somewhere else? Cuz these guys are FABULOUS!!!!

My 7th stay at crystal palms in the last 2 yrs, I’ll never stay anywhere else. This time unit 508 was my favorite so far. End unit with fabulous sunset views and a large balcony The new management company has it dialed in. Straight to the unit, key pad entry… love that after a long day of travel. Construction didn’t bother us at all, stayed 3 times during and got 10% off Going back in August will definitely book oasis getaways again

I have to qualify this first because last year I gave a good review. The unit I stayed in last year with fair at best, but I don’t like to give bad reviews. This year was a total disaster because of the ongoing work that we werent told about. This was our second year booking through Kurt/Oasis Getaways, and this experience was extremely disappointing. We paid a premium for a condo with a balcony and unobstructed views, but for nearly half of our six-week stay, both were effectively taken away due to construction that was not properly disclosed. The day before arrival, we were vaguely told there would be some “activity,” but nothing about scaffolding being installed on our balcony, workers repeatedly passing through our unit, or our windows being covered in plastic. Within days, scaffolding was built through our condo. We had to remain inside while workers moved through the unit multiple times. Our balcony furniture was removed, access was completely restricted, and all windows and doors were covered with plastic for almost 2 full weeks, eliminating the view entirely. At times, it felt like being confined indoors. This significantly impacted a planned family visit, as our son and daughter-in-law had no access to the balcony or views during their stay. Even after the balcony work was completed, construction noise, dust, and ongoing work made the pool and common areas frequently unusable for the remainder of our trip. Equally concerning was the lack of communication. After initial updates, Kurt stopped responding during our stay. We received no meaningful response until after returning home—and even then, there was no apology, only explanations and deflection of responsibility despite his clear involvement with the property. The location is excellent, but the experience fell far short of what was represented and what we paid for. We will not book with Oasis Getaways again.

This was our second time staying here, and it truly feels like a home away from home. Waking up to the beautiful beach view never gets old—it’s peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. Everything is always spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The host Kurt is amazing—so warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. It says a lot that we chose to come back, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay!

This place is awesome. Due to construction at the resort and a few little issues Kurt and Eva went above and beyond to make our anniversary vacation special. Very quick to respond and make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!
