This was our second stay in Unit 309, and it exceeded our expectations both times We stayed in Unit 309 twice—once for two weeks last December and again this June—and had another wonderful experience. The unit is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking and baking, which made longer stays easy and enjoyable. One feature we especially appreciated was the bedroom layout. The second bedroom has two twin beds, which worked perfectly for our older kids who no longer want to share a bed. The master bedroom includes a comfortable sofa that can be used as a single sleeper. During our stay, we had a visitor for a few nights and were able to comfortably accommodate an extra guest. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, allowing the unit to sleep 6–7 people comfortably. The location is fantastic. A grocery store is within walking distance, and the beach access is only a 2–3 minute walk away. We didn’t needed a rental car for groceries or beach trips. The pool area is beautiful, well maintained, and offers stunning views. During our most recent stay, we noticed that the pool furniture had been updated with new seating. The view from the unit’s balcony is spectacular—we even saw dolphins on multiple occasions! The furniture throughout the unit is comfortable and most of it appears relatively new. The dining area can comfortably seat up to 9 people indoors, with additional seating for 4 on the balcony, so we could accommodate friends visiting us. Finally the lobby area is very neat and had two bathrooms as well. Overall highly recommended unit in this building. Update is a picture of sunrise from our balcony.

Great place. Very up to date and great location across from the beach. The only issue was the heaters for the pool and hot tub weren't working part of our stay but they got it fixed.

Our family stayed at 310 Palms of Treasure Island from September 12 - 16, 2025.Be very careful staying in this unit. On the good side, the unit is on the third floor of the building and has a great view of the intercoastal waterway and the pool area. On the bad side, our 4 night vacation was disrupted terribly by a) hundreds of ants in the living room and kitchen area of the unit. We killed hundreds of ants the first three days in the unit. maintenance reacted quickly with a spray solution, but it did not completely solve the issue b) there was black mold on the kitchen and bathroom ceiling vents. Maintenance again reacted quickly in cleaning the outside of the vents, but you have to wonder what might be behind the vents in the duck system c) on our first night when trying to clean up, the water out of all valves had the strongest sulfur smell. It literally made all of us feel sick. When we called maintenance for this third time, they noted that the unit had not been rents for two weeks and the hot water tank may have been acting up. We were told to run hot water through all the showers and sinks for ten minutes to let the system adjust. Don't you think this issue and the other two should have been handled through a thorough cleaning and inspection of the unit ahead of our visit rather than us spending our vacation staying at the site and handling all these issues? d) final maintenance issue was in the guest shower. It was disgusting. Big globs of hair left in the drain as the drain would not work plus soap scum all over the shower walls and glass doors. Obviously, not properly cleaned and inspected. In addition, the shower floor tiles were filthy. As you can see, we had a terrible ordeal and would not wish that on any vacationer. The iTrip team offered us a small one day(before taxes and fees) refund which amounted to about 1/5 of our total spend. When I checked with other individuals in the vacation rental industry, they were pretty much in agreement that even one of those significant issues noted should carry a full refund. Obviously, we were very unhappy but also we tried to be supportive of the maintenance team to encourage fixing these issues ahead of the next unit guest.

Do yourself a favor and stay someplace else. When we arrived we could not figure out how to get into the building. The instructions said to enter on the north side of the building but that side was completely blocked off d/t the building being under construction. There was not a soul around working so we wandered around the parking area until we eventually found a door with a keypad. When we finally got in to the lobby again not a soul around and the elevator was broken. I had to text someone to find out how to get upstairs because there were no stairs in the lobby and no signs or instructions on the broken elevator (this should have been included in our check in instructions). A worker came to show us where the stairwell was and we had to lug all of our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. We finally got into our unit and i was appalled. The furniture was all stained, the bar stools were all stained, the knife holder was dirty and gross looking, the dishwasher was never emptied, the shower head was corroded, the sliding glass door looked like a crime scene it was so filthy. The building and units are very old and need desperate updating. The only positive thing I can say is that is has a nice view of the ocean and short walking distance to the beach, Publix and restaurants. When

Great place!!! We stayed in room 209 and it was fantastic, The view was outstanding from our room. We never used the inside just the balcony. Went a whole week and never turned on a TV once. We ate at Publix for all three meals. Cooked every night on the grill. Pool is great. Everything you need is there in the room. The beach is across the street. This condo was really a great place to stay. They have a package for 89 dollars to include bikes, kayaks beach toys and chairs which is well worth it if you have a family with you. Cons: Internet never worked at all and there was a frat party in the room 109 below. Pros: Are endless, food nearby, beach across street, save money on parking, great pool, great view saw dolphins from our room. I will stay here again for sure.
