about 1 month agoSo we have stayed at charthouse a half dozen times and the last two times have been very disappointing. The time before last only one elevator worked which was inconvenient but doable. This time we just stayed (June 5th- 7th ) neither elevator worked upon arrival. We were on the fifth floor and had to carry all our luggage by hand up to the fifth floor. Anytime we had to go ANYWHERE we had to go up and down 5 flights of stairs. When I had said something to the check in woman I spoke with she told me, if I don't like it that she would refund my money and I could go somewhere else ( as if its that easy). Very rude and disrespectful. We are valued customers that spend alot of our time and money with the charthouse and are very disappointed with the way they treated us. Basically take it or leave its your choose.. not cool. Not sure if we will be staying their again....

about 2 months agoI really enjoyed my stay other than the elevator going out for a day. Beautiful rooms, beautiful sites to look at. We had amazing time. Can't wait to come back. So close to everything

3 months agoWe love coming here. Friendly staff, clean rooms, perfect location. Our favorite is Melissa at Jimmys Island Grill. Great bartender, always smiling, friendly, professional personable with the guests. She is fantastic, one of the reasons we keep coming. Prices are good, parking is great! Can't wait to come back and stay and see Melissa again! We love her!

4 months agoThis hotel was so nice! The service was great and it was in such a prime location. It had a heated pool, jacuzzi, and a beautiful view of the marina. The bartenders at the restaurant in the hotel were so kind and gave us great suggestions for drinks! The rooms were very clean and spacious. It was also within walking distance of many amazing restaurants. I would stay here and recommend it!

5 months agoThis is a beautiful new place in a great location! The marina bar is the latest and greatest best kept secret so far, but getting more popular every day it seems. Food, drinks and service are excellent. As a local, this is one of my favorite new hangouts. Super friendly staff. Next time family comes to visit, this is where they will stay.
