I don’t normally leave reviews, but I absolutely had to for this experience. My best friend and I stayed here for her birthday, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Bianca went above and beyond to help me plan the perfect birthday surprise. She made sure every detail was taken care of, and thanks to her, my best friend’s celebration was truly unforgettable. I also have to give a special shoutout to Michael from valet.( so sorry if I got the wrong name) ? He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. It’s rare to come across people who are so naturally warm and attentive, and his positive attitude truly added to our experience. The hospitality throughout the entire hotel was exceptional. The property was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly welcoming. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make our stay special. From the birthday decorations to the cleanliness, atmosphere, valet service, and overall guest experience, everything was absolutely amazing. Thank you for helping create such wonderful memories for us. We left feeling celebrated, cared for, and already looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable. The valet and front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The AC in our room wasn’t working and they immediately moved us to a different room. I was worried that noise would be an issue being right next to the elevator but it was so quiet we didn’t hear any noise from the halls or the street either night. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Diego and the rest of the staff were so pleasant and friendly. Vibe of the whole hotel was very chic and comfortable. There was so many different seating options in the lobby and bar area to just hang out. Our room was comfortable and AC worked so well! The roof top bar and cabana was the perfect place to relax. We would recommend this hotel 100%.

We had an fantastic stay at the Moxy. The vibe is fun, eclectic, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The rooms could use a little extra space to lay your things out and a real closet would definitely be helpful, but the beds and pillows are super comfy. We thought that the overall atmosphere was fun and upbeat...And then there was Caroline. We met her at the pool bar first and later again at the lobby bar, and she was consistently amazing both times. She is so sweet, always smiling, and truly a breath of fresh air. Her positive energy made us feel genuinely welcome and completely taken care of. It’s obvious she genuinely enjoys what she does, and meeting her absolutely elevated our entire stay. Moxy is lucky to have her, and we’ll absolutely be back hoping she’s the one behind the bar again.

10/10 recommend this hotel! We love the Moxy hotels and this lived up to our expectations! Charlie was absolutely amazing upon check in and had the best recommendations. He made us feel welcome right off the bat. The rooms were clean and the rooftop pool was fabulous! Highly recommend staying here if you are in the St. Pete area!
