4 months agoJust stayed here for a week. The only other property that we have stayed at in the area is the Sandpearl (multiple times). Since we had 3 teenagers with us we wanted accommodations that offered a bit more living space and we were very happy with the accommodations. We had a three bedroom gulf facing Suite on the 5th floor. The rooms were large and each room had its own large bathroom/shower plus there was an additional half bathroom in the common hallway. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they did an excellent job of keeping things clean day and night. Most important opinion I can pass along is if you come here expecting the typical "resort" experience you'll probably find it underwhelming because that's not really what this property is. To me it felt more like a really nice condo on the beach, with some services that added to the overall experience. Would definitely come back!!

5 months agoThe view from our VRBO was 7 stars! Beach, moon, sea gulls, pelican- totally Florida. The front dest team was awesome. So friendly and fun to meet. The apartment was clean but furnished blandly. The kitchen was poorly stocked, compared to other VRBO Ive rented. No tea kettle, no measuring cups, minimal kitchen essentials. Only 1 extra blanket in the whole apartment. Good shower. Nice bed. Decent pillows. Parking on-site was convenient, but $$$.

6 months agoWe’re from Toronto & stayed for 2 weeks as I got medical treatment close by. The location was perfect, in a safe area, more low key, steps away to the dog friendly beach where we would walk our dog, great restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the only thing I would suggest is to have an extra dining chair for the 2 bdrm (king, queen & pull out). There were 4 of us over the weekend and only 3 dining chairs to sit on, 1 had to stand around the island. Asides the ocean views, the best part of our stay were the amazing staff, everyone always had a smile on their face and so welcoming. Karen and Betty were especially so warm, friendly and accommodating. Our service dog, Loki, is very sensitive to energy and gravitated to Betty everytime we bumped into her. We felt like we were at home staying here. We will definitely be retuning every year. Thank you for a memorable stay :)

6 months agoBeautiful views of sunsets over the water and beach. Rooms tastefully decorated (had 3 -bedroom) and very functional. Within walking distance to many restaurant choices. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quieter beautiful location.

9 months agoThis spot was great! Close to the beach and so many eating places within walking distance. Our room was very clean and spacious. Since we had to fly we couldn’t bring our normal beach things, but they have chairs, umbrellas, and towels for you to use. They also had a selection of kids toys for you to take to the beach. It was a perfect choice for us.
