26 days agoStayed at the Luce hotel last week and had an amazing time. Hotel is top notch as well as their staff. But, the topper to my experience was the Sundrop restaurant located in the hotel. Kelly and Lindsay were my bartenders. They were amazing! Made sure my drinks were perfect and suggested a wonderful food option (fried green tomatoes and the yard bird). I will be sure to come back as long as Kelly and Lindsay are there. Loved them!!!

about 1 month agoI had such a great experience at The Luce Hotel and Sun Drop Restaurant! From the moment we arrived, everything was top-notch. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was excellent, and the staff genuinely cared about making our visit enjoyable. A huge thank you to Lizzy for going above and beyond. She was attentive, kind, and checked in on us at just the right times without ever being overbearing. Her friendly personality and professionalism made us feel well taken care of, and she truly made our dining experience memorable. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for great food, exceptional service, and a team that values hospitality. We’ll definitely be returning!

about 1 month agoThe Luce is a true hidden gem on St. Pete Beach. Unassuming from the outside, but inside it’s immaculate with a modern?retro boutique vibe and a sophisticated, bougie crowd. Peaceful, elevated, and beautifully designed. The staff is exceptional — the front desk was warm and welcoming, and Steve at the bar was outstanding. The food was genuinely delicious, and the beachfront setting is unbeatable. As a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member who travels constantly, this place deserves 10 stars, not five. Easily the best boutique hotel on the beach.

about 1 month agoI am obsessed!!! Let’s start with the modern but retro European feel overall. The color schemes, decor various spaces.. all impeccable. The attentiveness of the staff across the board is unmatched except by a Disney vacation. The private beach is quiet and clean and we lucked out with amazing weather. The food is 5 star! We don’t have anything that we didn’t like. The steak was *chefs kiss Beds were comfortable, the room was spacious and we had a private patio which was a great addition. Even down to the lotion, it was all memorable. Shout out to the amazing staff: Lisa, Jeremy, Nazim, Alfonso, Mikayla, Lauren, Chelsea, Daniel, Chef Raphael, Jason Thankful and grateful I will definitely be back for all the new stuff that’s being added and the opening of baby turtle!

about 1 month agoWe had a wonderful 4 day stay at The Luce to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Everything met and exceeded our expectations. The room was nice, clean and came with an espresso machine with Lava pods that yielded a decent espresso. Our service at the Sundrop was top notch. Madison was our server for multiple dining experiences and she’s warm, personable and very helpful. Brooklyn also did a fabulous job as our server for one of our brunches. We enjoyed all the amenities (bikes, beach chairs, beach towels). The location allowed us to walk or bike to many conveniences like 7-11, Dunkin, and restaurants. We also had a romantic picnic on the beach setup by the Luce. The manager, Daniel was very helpful in getting everything setup for us. Be sure to get the Lovers Luce package if this is a romantic getaway for you. I highly recommend The Luce for a laid back luxury experience right on beautiful St Pete Beach. Ten-out-of-10.
