Great place! 5 minutes from the beach. This is my third time coming here. Convenient location as everything is close by. Staff is really friendly and place is super clean. Good for single or family.

Location was excellent! 2 minute walk from the beach. My party of five fit comfortably on our room with two full beds and a futon. Clean and spacious room. Plenty of towels for the room and pool. Two tvs were entertaining for the family either in the room and the kitchen area. AC was cold just the way we like it. Staff were super helpful and friendly. We would definitely come back.

Let me say this .. the staff is amazing and helped us tremendously. If you have an issue they will most definitely take care of it for you. I love the view and the quality for your money is 5 star in my opinion!! But the staff is what makes this such a great place to stay!!! Would definitely come back!!!

This is a lovely hotel, well maintained and in a great location on the frontage road in Clearwater. The rooms are lovely, with comfy beds and nice kitchen facilities. As a bonus, the hotel is right next door to Salty's Bar and Grill, where you can get great food and drinks at discounted prices when you are a resident at Pelican Point. All in all, I thoroughly recommend Pelican Pointe Hotel

Excellent location near Pier 60 and delicious restaurants. Walking distance to all of the best destinations. Staff is super friendly. Nice having a room with a kitchen sink, large garbage can, fridge, microwave, and dishes. Used the room broom often due to sand and large fan was nice to keep air circulating. Would have preferred a room with two queen beds instead of a bed and fold out fouton, but it worked for me and two teenage children. Loved drinking coffee on the deck chairs by my room overlooking the pool. Excellent free parking. Kids spent a lot of time in the pool! We will definitely be back.

Great place!! Make sure you're talking to the front desk like Nicole or somebody not Expedia they can goof things up in the front desk will take care of you get you the right condo what you want !! This has a great location within walking distance to a lot of great food restaurants, bars ,and the beach is 5 minutes away! Half the price of other things in the area and you support actual people not a big corporation! All the condos are very nice mini fridge coffee pots nice bathrooms, The people that stay here are nice come out in the morning talk to each other have coffee! The staff is extremely nice they go out of your way to help you! We've stayed here three times now and everything has been excellent! Beautiful heated salt water pool, They just had all new solar panels put on the building, too bad Clearwater doesn't recycle. This is a must-stay you cannot go wrong staying here! Oh yeah sunsets are amazing looking out on the gulf also!

Super convenient location, comfortable bed, awesome staff. I screwed up with my reservation on Hotels dot com and made my reservation for the next week rather than the night I was looking for a place to stay. When I got there and my mistake came to light, the booking site wasn't going to do anything because I hadn't paid for their protection service and it was non-refundable, but I went into the lobby of Pelican Pointe and explained my situation and asked if there was anything that could be done. I was prepared to have to eat it, but Vera (I think, my memory is shot) was very kind to me and worked on getting me booked in that night while also working with the booking site to get me refunded. She didn't have to do any of this because the problem was entirely on me, so I really appreciated her going out of her way to help me. We stayed a couple days and it turned out that all the staff we met there were pretty rad people. When I first got there I was kind of irritated that all the pics I'd seen on the booking site seemed to be FROM the hotel and not OF the hotel, the hotel was much older than I had expected, there is not a manager on duty all night, and the one night I was able to get down to the heated pool (wonderfully warm) I got there at 9:30pm and it was locked despite the hours being shown as till 10pm. But despite these things, the people I met there totally changed my mind. I'd be back in a heartbeat because of them.

Affordable option in Clearwater with comfortable rooms and great location! The rooms have a sink, coffee maker, microwave, fridge and freezer, plus plates cups and utensils. They also have beach chairs you can use and save a lot of money! The beach is a 2 minute walk across the street. The staff is amazing too!

I would consider this a hidden gem in Clearwater. The location was a 3 minute walk to the beach (wife and I went running on the beach) which made for extremely convenient beach days. Hotel is dated but our room was extremely clean. I would say spotless which made it very comfortable. There was a little kitchen area with a sink, mini fridge and dishes. Bathroom was spacious. Overall, great value and I would definitely stay here again!

I loved the location across the street to the best beach! Centrally located to everything. Restaurant right next door was fantastic. The staff was wonderful, our room was like being home! The pool was beautiful and so relaxing! Very clean and the pillows were the best I have ever had, need to find out the brand… I will definitely booked again and tell my airline co-workers!
