We spent three nights at the Fold, Indian Shore. The rooms were spotless and spacious. There was a nice pool and very short walk to a beautiful beach. The staff was extremely pleasant and efficient. Kayla was especially pleasant and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Edit- we stayed a second time in Feb’26 and would still recommend. Brook at the front desk kindly worked with us on a room change after a very noisy first night ( 2am loud neighbor’s tv). The hotel is very well kept, the rooms are immaculate and the building has a fun vibe to it. Plus there’s a delicious authentic French bakery in walking distance! Jan.’26 Great apartment hotel/motel in Indian Shores. We rented a 1 bedroom suite that was immaculate, comfortable and seemed recently renovated. I’d recommend for its location close to some restaurants and cafes and its cleanliness. The front desk woman was helpful and cheerful too ?

This place is wonderful. Staff are all so genuine and kind from front desk to laundry and cleaning staff. Linen and towel service is amazing. On site laundry made it quick and easy and toys for our son and beach chairs to grab made the perfect arrangement for out of towners. We’ve been coming to Indian shores for years and haven’t stayed off the beach before but the location, kind staff, clean space, and just well thought out perks made this place a 1000/10. Would stay here again in a heart beat! Keep up the great work. Please tell the staff how great they are.

I recently celebrated my birthday at the Fold. It was an amazing experience. The entire staff, and especially Brooke Barber, went above and beyond for me. My beautiful suite had a Happy Birthday banner, they let us use the game room for the cake, and hooked us up with the fire pit. I highly recommend staying here. There is a beach access right across the street and wonderful restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Loved this hotel. Super cool vibe, and the staff were all so lovely & helpful. The studio had two comfy beds, with a HUGE bathroom, with shower and a separate bath. The pool area was nice, with a room upstairs with pool table, gym, tv, etc. We loved the sustainability aspect of this place. There was a laundry room with tap by card to pay, with some tide pods there too which was a big help! Even with an adjoining room, the walls were pretty thick, you couldn't hear conversations from the next room (which is always a win with an adjoining door). Lots of parking available underneath the hotel which felt safe. The dock at the back was lovely, with areas to sit and enjoy the view. They even had beach towels that they gave you for the beach/pool. There is a trolly/bus stop right outside to take you down to St Petes beach or up to Clearwater! However, you could hear other doors banging quite a lot early in the morning, and the cleaners/trolleys echoed quite loudly into the rooms.

Great apartment hotel/motel in Indian Shores. We rented a 1 bedroom suite that was immaculate, comfortable and seemed recently renovated. The only negative was the thin walls that separated the units. I’d still recommend for its location close to some restaurants and cafes and its cleanliness. The front desk woman was helpful and cheerful too ?

Decent rooms, low-key place. Mostly clean except the floor had a few crumbs on it when we arrived (housekeeping came right away and cleaned it up), and a bag with empty beer bottles was behind the sofa. All appliances worked, mattresses were firm, pillows okay, easy to get extra towels (QR code on the bathroom mirror for requesting towels didn't work so you just put dirty towels outside your room in their laundry bin). Dining room chairs were hard plastic and super uncomfortable. Bedsheets were thin but it's Florida so not a big issue. Their brand of shampoo/conditioner is terrible, does not lather at all and leaks out of the dispensers. They have the world's smallest pool lol, and it's noisy with the traffic constantly trundling by. There's easy access to the beach across the street, however, and there's a little pier behind the building where we looked at fish. Staff was helpful and friendly, felt bad for them when we heard that corporate apparently didn't help them clean up after the last hurricane. They make a big deal out of being eco-friendly but it just seemed like any other hotel.

This place has some of the finest staff. They are extremely helpful, so friendly and always willing to go the extra mile in helping is check-in and giving exact information and later assistance. The location is a stones throw from the beach and some local shops so top location. The price is just about right for what you get. All in all, definitely the place to use if in the area.

Got absolutely scammed here tonight. Had made reservation for late night check in. Come all the way here for office closed at 10pm. No refund we were told by hotline. Just pure robbery. I was told on phone there was a note in system for us to get into room. Not one person in sight to get in.**** UPDATE: to make it worse. I pulled up today in person to talk with these people. The young girl at front is most unprofessional and unhelpful person. I was told a “security guard" was on property to let us in. Me and my wife sat for over hour calling there number looking for anyone. There was no one on site. All this place does is lie to get your money. We got call saying they will process refund after showing up multiple times to this place. Still waiting for that days later. I won’t take this down till my wife gets her refund!!! (Update) going on over a week now still no Refund. Most unethical hotel out there I’ve ever witnessed.

This small, B corp, sustainable hotel went way beyond our expectations! rooms were so comfortable and quiet, every person at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I watched the sunrise from the back deck every morning. I also saw a dolphin and manatee in the canal next to the hotel. Pool was wonderful and hot tub too. There’s a small bin in the parking garage with a couple beach toys, beach chairs and beach umbrellas that you’re welcome to borrow. The path to the beach is almost right across the street from the hotel. If I could give you six stars, I would! If looking for a nice place to sit on the beach, - Look for a man named Clayton, he owns the beach chairs and giant blue umbrellas, he rents them out for $20 per person per day. He text Cash… Give him your business!
