We stayed here last Christmas, and everything—from the location and room condition to the food at Ocean Seven and the staff's service—was perfect for a family holiday. On Christmas Day, it was hard to reach Ocean Seven by phone for room service, but the staff was incredibly helpful. When I sent a text message instead, they coordinated with the restaurant to ensure our family of four, including our two young children, had a wonderful dinner. We plan to make this hotel our go-to destination every Christmas season. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to @Shanreika, @Katy, and @Yidi for all the help they provided to my family. Their support made a real difference, and we are truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

We came for one night but it was excellent! The room was nice and clean and they had already brought the extra pillows we requested prior to check in. All staff members from valet, to check in, to room service staff were all friendly and helpful. Ron from valet helped to end our stay on a positive note. He was helpful and retrieved our vehicle in a timely fashion. The other gentleman in valet was also very kind, unfortunately I did not catch his name. This hotel’s location is perfectly situated close to the beach and neighboring hotels and restaurants to provide a pleasurable, walkable experience. Although our visit was short, it was definitely a quality one and we look forward to returning!

We had a great stay. The hotel is beautiful. The location is perfect. Everything is walking distance. Every employee we encountered was so accommodating and friendly. Valet was awesome. Ron was very helpful. I recommend using this service for your stay.

What a amazing experience! We stayed 2 nights for our anniversary on 1/11 We had such a wonderful welcome by Tina at the front desk who redefined hospitality! She was so helpful on the phone prior to our reservation and proceeded to get us the perfect room. She answered all of our questions we had in order to facilitate our stay, booked a dinner reservation at Ocean Seven ( best steak ever) and then surprised us with a champagne amenity. Let us not forget about Katy by her side, always smiling and eager to help. Grace at the pool bar and Morgan at the lobby bar who both perfected cocktails and Martinis. What a great team! The Hiatus Hilton Hôtel is truly a must stay and was a perfect niche for us. The rooms are modern, spacious with a beautiful sunset view. We can't wait to go back! Thank you everyone for making our anniversary so special!

From the moment we walked in, we knew this was not your normal hotel. The boutique feel immediately makes the atmosphere incredibly inviting. Even the name Hiatus sets the tone you instantly sense this will be a true getaway from the day to day. We came here somewhat spontaneously after at another Hilton on the East Coast that we weren’t very happy with, so our gratitude for this West Coast experience was extremely high and Hiatus absolutely delivered. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the chef was truly memorable, and the room was beautiful with thoughtful details throughout. The design had a stunning mid-century modern, Greece-chic vibe that felt both relaxing and elevated. This stay was exactly the reset we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something special, intentional, and refreshing.

A gorgeous hotel staffed by a team full of wonderful people. Had such an incredible weekend celebrating the new year. All staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, from valet up to check in the experience was seamless. Besides a great team the hotel itself was sublime. Everything had a cohesive aesthetic and even smelled so great. Such a great place to stay, relax and take in an incredible view every night. Highly recommended and will return. 10/10

Beautiful, modern hotel with a lovely ambiance located across the street from Clearwater Beach. We arrived at sunset and Tina at the Front Desk was so friendly and kind. She offered the complimentary at sunset champagne and made us feel welcome! Loved the Aesthetic! I did like that the Front desk is on the 7th floor to get that WoW factor gorgeous view.. especially at sun set when we first arrived. Good job on all the little details! It definitely feels like homage to the sea and the feminine in the dining/ front desk area but the rooms have a more neutral, zen feel to them. I appreciated the lighting in the rooms, very nice! The motion sensor night light in the bath and the makeup mirror light, overhead lighting, dimmed lights and several lamps to change the mood. Comfortable beds. Multiple outlets. Upon waking the first morning, made an Expresso from the room machine, found a fluffy blanket in the armoire (with interior lights) wrapped it around me on the balcony while listening to the waves and watching the sunrise before breakfast, which was very good..Excellence service from Katie and Corina! The rooftop heated pool area is a definite plus with nice view of the beach although we didn’t dine in or go for a swim.. we heard the hotel resteraunt for dinner was good but chose to stay in our room instead and relax. Maybe add robes is all I can think of that would’ve been an appreciated extra. We had planned to stay only one night but extended. Thank you, we enjoyed our much needed Hiatus!

This hotel is EXCELLENT!!! 5 stars and then some. The customer service was incredible from the valet to the check in to the restaurant. The hotel was clean and the views were spectacular. They had so much to do and live music. They even gave a complimentary glass of champagne at sunset every night. I would come back here everytime we come to Clearwater moving forward.

Hiatus is a beautiful Hilton property that boasts gorgeous views of Clearwater Beach, boho style interior design, comfy seating in the restaurant area, special “sunset” champagne (on the house), and a friendly staff. *The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is due to the check in desk being located on the 7th floor and no automatic doors on ground level for ease of entry with luggage. If you’re traveling for business or pleasure, Hiatus will meet your needs. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and beautifully designed. The rooftop restaurant is perfect for business meetings or meals with the family. Views of the ocean are on the left hand side of the restaurant (north) as well as the east balcony seating. Just gorgeous.

Wow, where do I even start? This place was amazing! First we pulled up to valet which was $38 for our stay but they took care of our vehicle, and helped with luggage and the staff at valet was super friendly! Then you go check in on the top floor and the cleanliness and view were amazing! My kids mentioned how it was the nicest hotel they have ever walked into. It had a beautiful Christmas tree right by check in which added a nice touch. My husband checked in with a staff member named, Tina, and she was super nice! When we walked into our room it took our breaths away! The kids were so excited. It was SUPER clean and spacious! The views again were breathtaking. We were on the 5th floor and could see the sunrise and sunset from our room on the side of the building. The bathroom was huge and had a great layout. My young son’s only complaint was no bathtub, but the shower that “rains” on you was pretty cool. If you stay here make sure to go to the pool! We went around 6pm when it was dark out and the lighting was so cool, they had good music playing, and it was the warmest pool I have ever swam in, even I got in and swam with the kids and the water has to be warm for me to want to do this. They even had great chairs you could lay in, in the pool and around the pool. Did I mention it was a rooftop pool? So again, amazing views!! We didn’t eat at the restaurant as we were only there for one night, but the food looked great, and the views from the restaurant are amazing! When we checked out at 11am they still let us keep our car there for a couple hours while we went to the beach and waited for our flight home. They also provided us with towels for the beach. There are also local discounts offered with staying at this hotel. Next time we come to Clearwater Beach we will be back here and staying more than one night and we will recommend it to others coming to the area! Also, it didn’t seem like a HUGE hotel with a ton guest like some of the neighboring hotels, so it was very peaceful.
