From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Ron, the valet manager, and his team were friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. Our room was spacious and offered a great view. The rooftop experience alone is worth the visit. The pool, bar, and sunset views are spectacular. We enjoyed both the rooftop atmosphere & dining experience, which felt far more upscale than expected for the price point. Ocean Seven delivers excellent food, beautiful presentation, and some of the best views on Clearwater Beach. The Chilean sea bass is a great option for seafood. One of our favorite touches was the boutique feel of the property. It offers the amenities and quality of a luxury resort while maintaining a more intimate, relaxed atmosphere. The nightly sunset champagne toast rooftop was nice. The Hiatus delivers exceptional value. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury Clearwater Beach getaway without paying the premium prices of some larger resorts!

My wife and I recently stayed at the Hiatus Clearwater Beach, Curio Collection by Hilton, and unfortunately our experience fell far short of expectations. I want to start with the positives. The check-in experience was outstanding. Katy and Tina were both professional, welcoming, and efficient. They made a fantastic first impression, and check-in was truly a 10 out of 10. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. One of the reasons we chose this property was the rooftop bar experience, particularly at sunset. Upon arrival, we learned that the bar had been reserved for a wedding party, leaving hotel guests without access during one of the most desirable times of day. The alternative pool bar experience was disappointing. There was only one bartender attempting to serve a large number of guests, and we were never able to receive service. Dinner that evening was even more frustrating. Our server appeared inexperienced, which became apparent when she poured red wine across the table toward me in a way that could easily have resulted in wine being spilled on a guest. We ordered a sushi roll appetizer, but the rice was noticeably undercooked. The bigger issue, however, was that nobody checked back with us. For approximately 10 minutes, there were no servers or managers visible in the dining room. When a manager finally walked by, he kept his head down and did not acknowledge guests. After another 10 to 12 minutes, I was finally able to get his attention and explain the issue. His response was that our server had told him we wanted additional time before ordering. While that was true, it completely missed the point. We had already received an appetizer that was inedible, and nobody had checked on us. By that point, the dining experience had already been damaged. We ultimately skipped the appetizer and ordered entrees. I had the steak, and my wife had the ahi tuna. The food was acceptable but nowhere near memorable enough to overcome the poor service experience. The following day brought another frustration. We had been granted a late checkout, but when we returned to our room around 12:15 p.m., neither our physical key nor our digital key worked. When I went to the front desk to resolve the issue, I found a line of guests and was told I would need to wait. Taken together, these issues point to what appears to be a management problem rather than isolated employee mistakes. The staff members at check-in were excellent, but throughout the rest of our stay there seemed to be a lack of oversight, responsiveness, and attention to guest concerns. This property has great potential and an excellent location, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Based on the reviews and accolades, we expected a premium hotel and dining experience. Unfortunately, that was not what we received.

Rooftop pool, rooftop dining (didn't eat there but the view is amazing) and complementary champagne at sunset. There are plenty of really good restaurants in walking distance (Frenchy's South Beach Cafe is right next door, try the Diablo Shrimp, it's AMAZING). Staff are friendly and so helpful. Perfect for our time away, definitely recommend.

My husband and I checked in on Memorial Day. This was an extremely busy day. Ron at the Valet desk was exceptionally helpful. He was working alone when we arrived. He was pleasant and took care of our car and luggage. We had lunch at the Ocean Seven Bar and Terrace. Morgan was our server. She was friendly and provided great recommendations. Gigi at front desk was very welcoming.

We stayed here last Christmas, and everything—from the location and room condition to the food at Ocean Seven and the staff's service—was perfect for a family holiday. On Christmas Day, it was hard to reach Ocean Seven by phone for room service, but the staff was incredibly helpful. When I sent a text message instead, they coordinated with the restaurant to ensure our family of four, including our two young children, had a wonderful dinner. We plan to make this hotel our go-to destination every Christmas season. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to @Shanreika, @Katy, and @Yidi for all the help they provided to my family. Their support made a real difference, and we are truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

We came for one night but it was excellent! The room was nice and clean and they had already brought the extra pillows we requested prior to check in. All staff members from valet, to check in, to room service staff were all friendly and helpful. Ron from valet helped to end our stay on a positive note. He was helpful and retrieved our vehicle in a timely fashion. The other gentleman in valet was also very kind, unfortunately I did not catch his name. This hotel’s location is perfectly situated close to the beach and neighboring hotels and restaurants to provide a pleasurable, walkable experience. Although our visit was short, it was definitely a quality one and we look forward to returning!

We had a great stay. The hotel is beautiful. The location is perfect. Everything is walking distance. Every employee we encountered was so accommodating and friendly. Valet was awesome. Ron was very helpful. I recommend using this service for your stay.

What a amazing experience! We stayed 2 nights for our anniversary on 1/11 We had such a wonderful welcome by Tina at the front desk who redefined hospitality! She was so helpful on the phone prior to our reservation and proceeded to get us the perfect room. She answered all of our questions we had in order to facilitate our stay, booked a dinner reservation at Ocean Seven ( best steak ever) and then surprised us with a champagne amenity. Let us not forget about Katy by her side, always smiling and eager to help. Grace at the pool bar and Morgan at the lobby bar who both perfected cocktails and Martinis. What a great team! The Hiatus Hilton Hôtel is truly a must stay and was a perfect niche for us. The rooms are modern, spacious with a beautiful sunset view. We can't wait to go back! Thank you everyone for making our anniversary so special!

From the moment we walked in, we knew this was not your normal hotel. The boutique feel immediately makes the atmosphere incredibly inviting. Even the name Hiatus sets the tone you instantly sense this will be a true getaway from the day to day. We came here somewhat spontaneously after at another Hilton on the East Coast that we weren’t very happy with, so our gratitude for this West Coast experience was extremely high and Hiatus absolutely delivered. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the chef was truly memorable, and the room was beautiful with thoughtful details throughout. The design had a stunning mid-century modern, Greece-chic vibe that felt both relaxing and elevated. This stay was exactly the reset we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something special, intentional, and refreshing.

A gorgeous hotel staffed by a team full of wonderful people. Had such an incredible weekend celebrating the new year. All staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, from valet up to check in the experience was seamless. Besides a great team the hotel itself was sublime. Everything had a cohesive aesthetic and even smelled so great. Such a great place to stay, relax and take in an incredible view every night. Highly recommended and will return. 10/10
