We have been staying at Robert’s for six years. When we come back in December it will make seven! We really enjoy coming there. And at this point can’t imagine not making the trip. We stay typically from December 28th through May 1st. This past year we stayed until the end of May. The staff here is great and the resort could not be in a better location. There is so much to do at the resort and in the local area, everything is so close. It has truly become our second home.

We have been traveling to Roberts each spring for the past 20 years. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Facilities and Rv sites are clean and spacious. Love the pool and hot tub area, very well looked after. We have had the pleasure of making friends with many of the permanent residents in the park.

Great place to stay in the Tampa area. Close to water and other attractions. Campground has numerous activities throughout the winter. The management is putting effot into the camp and are very accomodating to work with

Great palace to park your RV in a safe and clean park. Spuper pet friendly environment and a super professional staff supporting for long stays and the changes we faced in thar condition. Wiling always to comeback!

Awesome location and amenities. Beautiful big oak trees and a very peaceful and friendly community. You can zip around to anywhere you need from st. Pete to Tampa and to the beaches. A true gem. I Love it.

Mostly an older snowbird crowd. Huge park. Once you get through the "weeding out process" of applying for a spot, the rest is easy. To get a spot, we had to jump through more hoops than any other rv park in our 6 years of traveling. Multi page forms, photo copies of insurance and all resident drivers licenses. Multiple photos of pets and of the RV itself from different angles. Copy of ownership also has to be provided. With that being done.... Our spot was near the shooting range. So there was gun fire all day and evening. The park is in a flight path, so you'll hear planes, jets and helicopters all day and night. Overpriced for the quality, but I imagine it's for the location since it's a 15 min drive to downtown St Pete. This is the first RV park I've ever seen that doesn't provide doggy poop bags or trash cans. They say you are supposed to bring the poop back to your RV for disposal. The pool area is nice. Guests and staff are friendly. There are lots of activities, social gatherings, and fitness classes to participate in, though there is no fitness center. The clubhouse could be updated.. Especially the kitchen.

?????????? We had an absolute blast at the Area 51 Party at Roberts Mobile Home & RV Resort! The event was so much fun and incredibly well put together — you can tell a lot of thought and care goes into creating a great experience for everyone. Alan and Bobbi are fantastic and truly make the place feel welcoming. We’re already looking forward to coming back to camp again soon. Thank you for such a great time! ??

My wife and I spent five winter seasons here. Great value being so close to Florida’s Gold Coast and convenient to all services, shopping and restaurants. Lots of daily activities. Residents are friendly and fun. Office staff are the best. Highly recommended.

We highly recommend Robert’s mobile Home and RV Resort. Office staff is friendly and accommodating. Maintenance crew is always available when needed and keeps everything smooth. We have been here a year after the hurricanes destroyed our home. It’s a good place to be.

Nice enough. Expressway just outside fence leads the long stretch across the bay. Stoplight outside rear gate is a great place to start the drag race. Lots of loud exhaust cars and motorcycles racing from the light most of night.
