This is a great little Jewel. A modest friendly resort nestled between High-Rise resorts.

Got here through RCI. The place we were scheduled at had issues and was forced to shutdown. RCI found this one at the last minute. It's a comfortable, old style timeshare. Lots of damage from the hurricane a while back. New windows and doors. Fresh paint. Friendly place.

TI Beach Club met our needs and expectations. The location is unbeatable. A short walk and you are on the amazing beach. The room was super nice 2/2. They left cookies and waters which after a day on the Fort Desoto park was well received! The roof top was a bonus. We watched the sunset seating comfortably enjoying all the 360 view. We recommend and we will be back ?

Just getting up and running from the horrific hurricane 7 months ago. No service to rate. The rooms are decent but I'm sure they will get to the small details when they finish with the bottom floor that was completely flooded.

Always so attentive and amazing to us! We always feel so at home at treasure Island Beach club :-)

I know they are dated but the staff are awesome and walking distance to a lot of places. I think it's worth it! Very comfortable and they don't ask for much to be done before you leave.

Great beach location. Pool was good. Close to terrific seafood restaurants. We visited two state parks to see different beaches and ate at local seafood joints. A great quiet low key vacation.

If you actually want to have a good time and make you money worth spending I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. It’s disgusting and filthy?. They don’t wash the pillows or any of the blankets. They reuse it over and over again to “save” $$$. most of the staff in front desk were nice but, this one employee had ZERO manners. when I was down near the lobby I could hear her yelling at workers. this is the last time my family and I coming here. The rooms are so out dated, there’s very little space and also unloading you stuff is VERY complicated b/c, like who wants to walk across the road ?. the only beautiful thing about this trip was my view ?. if you don’t want to waste you precious time Don’t come.

have to agree with the other reviews - cant beat this location if you can get by the miserable ladies in the front office! Grounds are well kept, rooms are clean, lots to do. We rented a boat one day, fishing gear another day, saw dolphins from the beach, people watched on the boardwalk, bbq'd for dinner, and made daquiris to enjoy poolside. Condo is walking distance to everything: shopping, live music, grocery store, restaurants - even Johns pass is pretty close. Highly recommend!

A hidden gem on the beach! Had a great vacation here, our family really enjoyed this location! Only exception were the ladies at the front desk during check in were exceptionally rude!! If stay away from office, this place is amazing - Beach is big, and condo close to restaurants & shopping. Nice boardwalk to exercise on in the morning.
