Went for a wedding and it was terrible. No parking, all sand walkways useless for a walker or wheelchair. Sand dune and sand very hard to walk. Restroom was awful with door not locking but only one. Terrible access to rooms via a very narrow staircase, impossible for seniors to use.

I wish I could give this house 0 stars. We booked our June trip in early January. At 5:36pm the night before we were set to check in, I received an e-mail that the house was no longer available. This left all 10 of us with flights to Tampa and absolutely no where to stay. They did not reach out to me by phone and simply stated they would be watching their email in hopes I would respond. It seems like there are a few other reviews like mine as well, I wouldn't recommend renting here.

Absolutely amazing! We attended a wedding here and it was beautiful. The house is very large, well kept and spacious! Plenty of space for multiple families. The back yard is where the wedding was held, it is laid out well and large enough for a 30x30 tent covered area for guest and tables. The view for pictures is stunning. Love love love!

If you’ve envisioned sand under your feet for the entirety of your wedding with an outrageous sunset - get married here. We did on May 4th. The property can sleep 22. We used it for 16 people. We had a guest count of 50 and it was absolute perfection start to finish. Book early though! We booked March of 2018 looking for a specific weekend April 2019 and it was already booked, had to take the following weekend. Don’t hesitate!

We came here for a wedding and it was awesome! The bride and groom rented the house out for a week, we stayed in the adorable bungalows (downstairs and to the left). It was perfect because we were able to have the wedding and reception right on the beach. It was so fun to have the family all together and the whole layout of the house is just magical. Perfect option for those who want a beach wedding.

Rip off for Weddings. It cost $4200 to rent the whole place for 4 nights. But they add on another $4500 if you have a wedding there and it comes with ZERO services, no event or liability insurance, no set up, tear down, not even a courtesy clean of the rooms when you check out. You will have to sweep the sand from the entire house your self, take out all the trash and do every dish. We also had to rake the whole back yard twice, the crew they sent to blow the place clean did a terrible job and left this horribly sharp burrs that get stuck in your feet and are the size of walnuts! For that kind of money I would say stay at a hotel where at least the coffee and clean up are included. You can get married on the beach nearly anywhere for free, if you need chairs and an arch a company will do all that for less than this. Don't get me wrong, I loved my wedding day! It was beautiful here, just lovely. But I want to save you the stress of having to clean up a whole 3 floor house after your wedding night! We cleaned for hours and were still billed for something. I'm going to post a photo of the break down in price and Yes I really did stay here, my wedding is the one with the burlap tables and the drift wood arch.
