Great job, Paula! Thank You! Have known Paula for more than 10 years as our rental agent. She was always a huge help and did more than just rent our condo for us. For instance, she relocated a long-term tenant when a downspout burst. During our years of renting, Paula kept us posted on what was happening and also took care of all matters pertaining to the property. When it came time to sell the condo, since we have had 10 years of positive experiences with Paula, we turned to her for help. And she did a fantastic job! The pricing, listing, photographing the unit, arranging showings with a tenant in place, interfacing with the buyer's realtor, connecting with the HOA, and arranging for the settlement - Paula handled everything well. A lesson well learned. We have rented from Paula Stout of Suncoast Island Realty for several seasons – in spring and in winter. Always 2 bedroom condos. Last winter, tho, we delayed and delayed our plans, so no more Suncoast; her places were already rented. We went to all sorts of websites for rentals – won't name them. But we all know what options are out there for rentals via various vacation rental sites. We chose a well known vacation rental website and settled on a winter rental – including all holidays. We realized right away there was no Ms. Stout to help us through these months. We had some issues with our rental. It made for a less than pleasant stay, not awful, but who wants “not awful” for many thousands of dollars. What we learned: Ms. Stout knows her properties – no uncomfortable beds! Always when she said condo was well equipped it was true; if not, we know she would tell us. Any minor problem with her rentals, she was available via text or voice at all hours. A lesson well learned: It pays to go through a good rental agency as Suncoast Islands and not to rely on owners/hosts—it's chancy. One can only hope some are very fine, but we were disappointed and did not want to take another chance. If I sound like a lackey for Suncoast, it's with good reason---speaking to our experience.

Terrible customer service.. calls two days before my vacation to cancel then asks me to pay more money to find me alternative accomodations... absolutely ridiculous. Will never use again. The realtor shouldve just have accomodated and paid the difference not ask a customer to come up with more money two days before my vacation is to begin and now have no place to stay for a vacation in two days. Awful customer service will never use ever again.
