What a perfect spot on a beautiful beach! The sand is a mere ten steps out the back door. The pool deck is perfectly appointed with umbrellas and lounge chairs. Right next to that is every beach toy you can imagine for your use. The units are brand new and spotless. They include everything; coffee makers, beach towels, kitchen utensils, etc. Just bring your suitcase!! Everything else is provided. Patrice was a joy to work with!! We are leaving with great memories and will return!

Amazing experience while staying at Tommy’s on the Beach! Maria was super friendly and helpful with recommendations! Per her recommendation I contacted Justify Wellness, a local massage therapist, and had him come give me a massage! Best massage of my life, and it was so nice having him come to me instead of driving to him! We also ate at Beach Waves Grill multiple times during our stay! So great having a hidden gem of a restaurant just 100 steps away! Can’t wait to come back to IRB and stay even longer next time; this was our best visit by far!

Very clean! Everything is brand new. View is amazing! Easy access to the beach. Just a few steps and your in the ocean. Very friendly and helpful staff. This is our new vacation spot.

Loved this place years ago. Three units. Big stairs on side of house to get up to our unit. Tommy working on it the grounds with cigar in his month enjoying his day. Now is not what it was. HOWEVER, it is now 8 units with elevator. Location is INCREDIBLE. Simple family pool with walk right out to beach. Good cold beer right around corner.

If I could give Tommy’s on the Beach ten stars I would! We needed a place to stay a couple nights before catching a flight out of the St Pete airport. My husband found Tommy’s on the Beach on Google Maps and decided to try it. I’m sure glad we did! Our only disappointment was we could only stay 2 nights! Upon arrival we noticed how clean everything was. Also, the attention to detail towards making the condo comfortable and accommodating was very evident. It was well stocked, plenty of nice soft towels, everything you would need in the kitchen, a full sized washer and dryer. We did not use the pool, but it looked beautiful. And the condo is right on the beach! It was within walking distance of several good restaurants. We plan to return again and stay longer. Such a beautiful and comfortable spot. Highly recommend it.

If I could give Tommy’s on the Beach 6+ stars I would. Patrice and the Tommy’s on the Beach team have thought of everything. Not only are the accommodations luxurious but so many extras such as games, paddle boards, kayaks, beach loungers, umbrellas, books and a lovely heated pool. My family and I had a fantastic time and created so many wonderful memories. Another bonus is it’s right around the corner from a wonderful beach bar and French bakery. Thanks again, very happy guests!

Tommy's is a fantastic place. Direct beach access and all the beach toys provided for your use. Inside the condo, everything you could possibly want in a self catering is there. Comfortable, spacious with a great layout for a beach vacation. The interleading doors between the units on the same floor turns the condo into a 12 sleeper, which was great for our family get together. Highly recommend Tommy's.

This review is LONG overdue, but I have nothing but great things to say about our stay in April 2019 at Tommy's on the Beach. We had booked the entire house and hosted our 'mini wedding' on-site. Patrice (the owner) was accommodating on multiple levels and even went above and beyond to leave us a cute little welcome basket and wished us well with all of the wedding festivities! We ultimately ended up having the ceremony on the public portion of the beach just in front of the rental, but the grass pathway from the property line to public beach made a beautiful aisle/walkway. At the end of the night we ended up recollecting at the beach house to do first dances and the lighting and intimacy of the backyard was PERFECT. In fact, if I could do it all again, I would host the entire ceremony/reception on the property vs coordinating dinner/reception at alternate location. For those of you that aren't so interested in wedding talk... READ HERE: The property was clean, inviting, well stocked with all of your needs (and more) and certainly a great bang for your buck. We loved the intimacy of the back yard space and local stops within walking distance. Oh, and the sunsets are to die for! We are eager to return to Tommy's on the Beach for another vacation soon. Don't pass this place up!
