That was my husband and I honeymoon and we had an awesome time, this place was near everything we wanted to do we didn't even have to rent a car we took a trolley everywhere we went. It was pretty much One stop shop will you be able to save more money and spend the money that we did have on whatever we wanted to do there and I would I would go there again. Maintenance came to fix whatever we needed broken if there was something needed to be fixed I wouldn't change that experience for the world.

We stayed in Bella Vita 8 which was pet friendly. Beds didn’t go to the floor. Our dog who they surprised us with a $150 charge went under the bed and came out vomiting. We looked and there was all kinds of things under it from water bottles to hair bands and just crud. Fees just keep coming. We rented it for $665 and finally ended up paying about $1500. Outside and doors were covered in mildew. There were unopened rat traps that scared us that maybe our dog got rat poison. The grout in the bathroom was still black and the fridge had streaks where drinks had run down. We disinfected, because at best the room was straightened up. The drain in the tub was scary and ants were plentiful. Managers were not very caring. Nasty. Bed slept good!!

Terrible company to rent from. Hidden fees. They want to take a deposit of 2k if you do not pay an extra 51.00 for a damage contract. They took 300.00 from our deposit even though we cancelled in 48 hours. They are ruthless and are trying to capitalize off the loss they had last year from the Covid period. Fees are not listed in the listing. Also will be glad to show you one of their contracts. Have never had this happen in all the years I have rented from Indian Rocks Beach. Also, VRBO is letting them advertise with them and do not stand behind the renter. Look at reviews pictures they show in the listing, look like paintings, not nearly enough recent reviews. If it seems to good to be true it usually is! Not one star, wanted to pick 0 stars not an optio

Sun Vista Realty and Gary Havener were unbelievably helpful in the buying process. Gary not only helped us find the Condo of our dreams, he helped us navigate through the process of making an offer, wading through the mountains of things we needed in order to make an informed decision about the property. This included things like like getting us the Condo Association Minutes and helping us navigate what they were telling us, dealing with a non responsive seller's realtor and building manager, dealing with questions and offering experience with the lenders, getting work done that was promised before closing, help in getting the inspections done in a timely manner and most importantly working through the back and forth of offers, counters, and finally an agreeable Sales Contract! I am sure I missed other things that Gary did or helped with but I think you get the idea. This was the largest purchase we have made and we feel very fortunate to have found such a helpful realtor who ended up becoming a friend. THANKS GARY!!!

We rented during Spring Break 2017. We arrived at our rental from a 17hr drive to find it was very nasty & filthy dirty. Once the offsite office FINALLY decided to call us back after several attempted calls just over a 1hr period....they told us a cleaning service could come the next day. I ended needing to get nasty with them because the bedsheets had PUBIC HAIR, floors almost black from filth, spilled grease all over stove and kitchen countertops, pubic hair all around toilet and in the shower, dirty towels, dirty dishware, dirty plates, dirty refrigerator inside and out.....the list goes on!!! Finally they agreed for a cleaning service to come in like it was a huge issue for them!!! We finally got in our unit about 7:30 pm......4.5hrs after we were to have gotten our rental at 3pm. Once in the rental......the bed was made but the same sheets were left on my bed with pubic hair and nothing appeared to have been cleaned!!!! They did leave a set of new bedsheets for my daughters bed still in the package for us to make her bed!! We ended up having to go to Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies, a set of bedsheets for my bed and towels & washcloths so we could take a shower. The next day a complaint was filed with the office but it seemed to have fallen on deaf ears. The receipt was provided to the office of our expenses for restitution. After 1 week of being in this rental we still had not gotten restitution. On our last day of our vacation we find out that an employee with this company took it upon themselves to walkthrough our rental without any communication to us while we were gone and said the "rental looked clean"....NO KIDDING.....I CLEANED IT!!! On our day to check out we waited around for 1hr for management to find out about getting restitution for the things we had to buy.....but nobody seemed to be able to help us. After several months of complaining to this company.....they decided to refund us the "cleaning fee" they charged us in the beginning but refuse to pay us restitution for any of our cleaning supplies or the bed sheets that were left in the rental!!!! The pitiful excuse management always stated was that it's so hard to get a good cleaning service to come in.... but we found out that the rental had set unoccupied for 3 days prior to our arrival. Someone from the office failed to set up to have it cleaned after the previous rental. You would think this sort of a screw up they would have offered some sort of partial refund... Hell No!!! We met the people renting beside us and another couple in another rental on the property that arrived during the same time also....they all had filthy rentals and they had the same problems from the rental office!!! Don't waste your time, money or family vacation getting ruined from doing business with this place!!!
