My husband and I have stayed at Maderia Norte for 3 years now. I don’t want to go anywhere else because of Caio and his staff. So helpful and responsive in any situation. Beautiful home and perfect set up for what we needed for our family. Everything was clean and tidy and the location was incredible. It was so close to the beach and the neighborhood was super quiet. The pool was really beautiful too! Great communication as well, very quick to respond!! Would definitely book again!

We spent a week at the property in February’26. The house was nicely finished and decorated. The master suite and bathroom were excellent. The yard and pool were well maintained and nice to relax with a book and cocktail. The location was close to everything and about 2 miles from beach access. Overall our stay was great.

Wonderful, wonderful home. We rented for 68 days and everything was perfect. Home is very clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you will need. Our fur baby loved watching the horses around the neighborhood and there is a nice park nearby. This really is a FIVE STAR rental and will not disappoint. Would absolutely rent again!

We absolutely loved it! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly spacious — everyone had enough private space to relax . The management team was top-notch — very responsive, friendly, and professional. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. All of our out-of-town guests were impressed and said the location couldn’t have been more perfect. We already plan to book this place again. Highly recommend this place for retreats, or gatherings — it’s truly perfect in every way.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is beautiful and equipped with anything you could possibly need. Not to mention a beautiful pool, hot tub, Putting green, and corn hole. We are outdoorsy kinds of people and really enjoyed things to do outside! We will definitely check for availability on this Home when planning our next trip! Thank you!

Was absolutely what my wife and I needed. A cute beach cottage directly on the beach. Very tranquil part of the beach. The cottage was appointed well and was nice and clean. If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax on the beach, this is it. Also, the host was very helpful and responded quickly whenever we had a question.

Communication was excellent. There were only a couple of small issues and they were quickly resolved. Balcony was very large. Great for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Yes, there is road noise as is to be expected, but it really didn’t bother us. Water view was amazing, bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Also, having a fantastic restaurant next door was a big plus. We enjoyed our stay here!

We had a wonderful stay and the house was very nice but does need a little maintenance. The TV in the back master did not work. The shower head on the first bathroom needs replaced as the water only comes out of 10 holes. The house was very clean and decorated so cute. Thanks for sharing your home with us. ?

Great stay! Bed are comfortable. Bathrooms had hair dryer and curling iron as well as shampoo and conditioner and shower gel. Plenty of towels. Pool table was great! Neighborhood is fine. Two horse stables within a block. If you call, you can pet the horses or even ride for $50. Excellent communication before, during, and after our stay!
