Gulfside is great! Cool, cosy and comfortable. Perfectly placed close to the beach as well as to restaurants, shops etc. A laid-back atmosphere and warm welcome. Kathy is brilliant, she and her brother Jim make you feel like you're staying with friends.

I absolutely loved it here! I’ve never stayed somewhere so welcoming. Kathy and Jim made it feel like a little family compound in the best way. We got fresh flowers twice during our stay, and were greeted with a smile and “good morning” every day. We even met the neighbors across the street. I will definitely be back this little gem and I’ve already told so many people about this place. They truly thought of everything. Pool essentials, beach gear, and even two bikes to use. The location is amazing too. You can easily bike or Uber to Treasure Island and Pass-a-Grille Beach. Plus, there’s great spots nearby for coffee, pizza, and soft serve.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful vacation home—truly a 5-star experience from start to finish! The location couldn’t have been better, just a short 2-block walk to the beach, which made it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The home itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly cozy, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the living spaces were perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. We especially appreciated the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The hosts Jim and Kathy were responsive, friendly, and made the entire process seamless. Clear instructions, great communication, and genuine hospitality really stood out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway in a prime location! ??

Small, but really quaint & cozy rooms and awesome boutique hotel. The two owners, Jim amd Kathy, are out of this world helpful and friendly. Feels more like youre staying with friends than staying in a hotel.

Gulfside Boutique Hotel is a great place to stay! The perfect place to hangout and relax while staying in Florida! The rooms are so cute and well kept up. Also, the owners are very involved and welcoming. They were always making sure we had everything we needed and wanted to be satisfied at their place. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers. A plus is that it is only a block from the beach. This hotel felt like a second home. Don’t hesitate to vacation here, book the stay!

Beautiful property with an amazing location!! Jim and Kathy were great hosts when we stayed here for my bachelorette. They have everything you need for a day at the beach. The pool was soo nice

I could of never imagined how beautiful and clean this resort is. The hosts Jim and Kathy make you feel like family, always having time to visit with you at the pool while they're working, checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Even enjoyable guests who were so happy to visit with you while you enjoyed your day. This will pass the "white glove" test, hands down. If you're looking for a family owned resort, with a legacy of returning guests...this is it. Can't wait to return for our future vacations with this endearing family

We rented the beach house and it was wonderful for this extended family get together. The entire complex was clean and very relaxing. This is a family owned and run business. The owners are onsite and very accommodating and gracious folks. The location is walking distance to anything you might need... The beach, restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. Our entire extended family has posted similar reviews and have discussed that if/when we come back, this will be our 1st choice for reservations. Kathy is a wonderful owner who makes you feel like family when you stay here. This place is a diamond in the ruff. Perfect location to the beach, the main drag, 3 ice cream places, itialian bakery, shells restaurant, a great pizza place. This place will make you feel like you are relaxing in the Rivera in the 70s. I will be back the next time I'm in St. Pete or I may just make special trips to come here.
