Fantastic place with great staff (Kate, John and Katrina). The unit was clean and new. Well equipped kitchen and tons of beach toys and chairs. We will be back!

If you like hauling all your stuff WAAYYYY out to the beach, a loud and noisy building, a rude office staff and crappy views, this place is NOT for you! ??. This building is a vacationer’s paradise! This is my second time staying here. I will be back again and again! You are literally steps away from the beach. The building, when full, is still quiet. The office staff is beyond reproach and the views of the inter-coastal waterway and the gulf are perfect. They have fought their way back from damage from hurricanes, but they are open! You won’t be disappointed staying here. Our room had every amenity that you could ever want. Thank you Fifty Gulfside Condominium for an awesome, refreshing vacation.

Love, love, love this place! It has become our annual vacation spot. Condos are amazing (clean, comfortable, well stocked), management is great (friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful) and beach is just feet away from deck. Can’t say enough positive about 50 Gulf Blvd. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been coming to Fifty Gulfside since the 80s. Spent my summers there as a kid. 21st birthday there. Whenever I’m in FL and within an hour or so for work I always take time to come by and just dip my feet in the waves. Too many memories. Recently, it was hit hard by the hurricanes that ravaged Florida and I had to make some adjustments to my reservation. The staff was gracious and professional really reminding me that although you can never go back, at least if you’re lucky there’s still good people here that care about the memories others are making to go forward. Highly recommended.

I was visiting some friends that stay there every July. The condos are beautiful with the floor choices and granite counter tops. My wife and I are considering staying there next year during the week that my friends are there.

Have been visiting this area every year since the 70's. So much has changed but it's nice to see some things remain the same. Rm# 306 was wonderful! Clean, spacious, updated appliances and close to everything. Whether you stay on the gulf side or intercoastal side the views are incredible. Sunset are breathtaking as always and your right there! Check in was easy and communication was top notch. Quiet and not crowded beaches. Repairs stull underway from hurricane's so first floor and pool are still under construction but workers are very conscientious of guests and polite. They will even provide local hot spots and fishing tips if you ask. A definite win!

Love this place! We’ve stayed in 313 for at least the past 6 yrs and couldn’t be happier! The decor is fresh, kitchen and bathrooms updated and mattresses comfy! They have tall chairs on the balcony so we can see over railing. Even have books in the room to read while you’re here. Very clean and comfortable living! We like to think of this as our home at the beach for a few weeks a year! So nice and inviting! Staff here (Katrina, Audrey and John )are super helpful and really great! They make 50 Gulf what it is! We’ve stayed in 311 too and like it!

Beautiful beach with wonderful sunsets, not too busy, close to restaurants and other activities. Unit 101 was perfect, ground level with front and side entries, (no need to go into the main building), convenient parking and full kitchen. We have vacationed here many times over the years and plan on returning again soon.

BEST beach rental!!! If you are looking for a great place to stay, I can tell you from personal experience that Fifty Gulfside is superior to all other rentals. Specifically, Unit 109. My husband and I stayed in Unit 109 in September and it was worth every penny. The kitchen was well-stocked, the unit was incredibly clean, and parking was directly in front of the unit. We could not have asked for any more. The corner unit was excellent because it gave us much easier access to everything and we could literally walk outside each morning to watch the sunrise or walk outside and watch the sunset. We saw dolphins during each sunset, and the beach is just steps away from the front door. I loved the decor and upgraded appliances Unit 109 provided. There is a big screen TV in every room, tons of board games, tinted windows, plenty of towels.... This vacation could not have been any better. We are grateful to the owners of Unit 109 for taking such incredible care of their house guests. We will for sure rent this unit again!

I was so satisfied with the condo unit the service at the front the women were so nice. I even booked another unit at the resort for next year. I will probably continue to go there every year for my birthday. I am also going to recommend this place to friends.
