worst hotel you can go to the owner shes very rude and nasty find a better spot to spend your money this building leaks everyday

They run advertisements for 300.week then when you. Show. Up. They dmsay this rooms are no. Longer available and anyway the manager woman told us she changes the prices everyday depending on how. Many rooms. Are available etc etc... Seems. Scammish also. Didn't smell. Great in the office so. If that's any indication of the cleanliness of the rooms pass all. Around

I I stayed at the Clearwater I'm Gulf to Bay it was the worst place I ever seen it should be condemned it was infested with roaches when it rain the roof leaked and dressers in there with no drawers outlets that were not covered outlets unexposed no covers only part of the stove worked very little housekeeping Elaine the owner manager go around every morning and every night and sniff the doors to see if you were smoking and if she thinks you were she would tell you to get out she would call the cops on you and she didn't care cops were they almost every other day you can hear her yelling at people not talking and this is a place that FEMA was paying her good money to keep people that were homeless because of the hurricane this hotel should be condemned both under code stay away from this place

I highly recommend this place. The front desk is so amazing, the rooms are very spacious and clean. They accommodated us during the hurricane and were so nice about us extending. It's a hidden gem ?

I worked there for one day and the rooms i did she told me “it doesnt look like anyone slept under the blanket so i dont change them” EVEN THE COVER THEY SLEPT ON!! She mops with a towel on a broom and barely cleans the toilet and shower!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY!!!

Read some reviews about the lady at the front desk. My husband and I had to leave the motel next door due to roaches. It was later at night so we just walked next door. The manager was quite direct in what they provide. The motel is older but the rooms are very clean and we felt very comfortable staying here. My husband has scent allergies so she even showed us a few rooms to accommodate us. She doesn't put up with anything that may seem "off" with potential clients and I'm ok with that. She has an establishment to run. I would recommend staying here.

We went to check in on Tuesday Jan 16th 2024 to Jan 29 2024 and the owner/manager told us we would have to pay her to renew Monday night before 6pm but check out was not until Tuesday at 11 am. Then she proceeded to question us if we could afford to stay there, where we worked at, how much we made an hour, where did we come from,and how often do we get paid. If I could I could this hotel zero stars. As long as long she is running it. It will remain empty. There was not any car but hers in the parking lot. She will speak down like you are worthless. For a roach motel. I recommend no one stays here.

Stayed here with my wife when one of the Muslim board members paid for our room. She wants cash only at the front desk but it's understandable because people tend to dispute the charges claiming they didn't stay to get their money back. We loved staying here and ended up staying here for 3 days! We plan on coming back soon. :) The nice man next door to us is awesome too gave us a ride and all. The location is great! The lady up front treated us with respect and even let us have the same rate for staying. I loved the room. It's super clean and the beds we're comfy, the bathroom was awesome and not to mention the lady at the front desk was so patient with us. Can't wait to come back!! :)
