Great old school Florida motel. Super clean and well maintained. The location is perfect for a visit to Dunedin, especially if you plan on using the trail.

Old Florida motel with a fresh coat of paint. It is kept very clean in the rooms and the front of the property. The pool area next to the Pinellas Trail...not so much. My rate was $113/day during the off-season. I stayed only because I needed the location. In the room I had, the window a/c unit struggled to keep up with the mid-80s afternoon temps, and it's so loud on all settings that you're going to have to turn it off to watch tv. Cable went in and out, wi-fi is all but non-existent. You will listen to the road traffic all day and night, though. All furnishings are far from new, including the mattress. Staff are not on site, so instead you have to call and arrange for someone to come in. Water fixtures squeak and the pipes sometimes squeal. If you're large, you're not going to take a shower because the stall is extremely narrow. That said, if all you're looking only for a place near downtown and nothing else, then this is a place to consider. Maybe consider this place for Spring Break or if you're an Old Florida nostalgic type. There are better hotels near Mainstreet Dunedin for the same $$.

Very clean old style motel. Within walking distance to downtown Dunedin and next to Pinellas Trail. Old style A/C was a little noisy but helped drown out the noise from the street so we ran the fan all night. Blew a breaker drying my hair but fuse box was in the room so I could reset it myself without calling maintenance. Nice little place.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE this amazing little motel. It is where we stay every time we plan our weekend getaways to Dunedin. The people are friendly and welcoming. The rooms meet our needs perfectly. We love being able to arrive, park and spend the whole time walking to restaurants, bars, parks and shops in the surrounding area. The trail behind the motel makes for a safe scenic route to the main street in Dunedin. Thank you Bill & Gabrielle for always taking such good care of us. We love it here and stay in an apartment in back by the pool. It is affordable with the friendliest people you will ever meet. The rooms are clean and everything functions fine. We give it a 4 star only because kitchenette is older and the TV small. There are, however, many channels from which to choose. The convenience of being in walking distance to Dunedin and Pinellas bike trail is valuable to us. We stay January and February.

Me and my partner arrived a week ago and found the rooms very clean and comfortable. The pool was also very well maintained. Rosalee the owner is on sight and more than willing to go above and beyond to make your stay here comfortable. It is located close to two bus stops and there are stores,shops and restaurant's within walking distance.One block from the gulf of mexico, there is also a laundry mat two blocks away. We love it here and are planning to stay. I highly recommend it.
