I have been coming here for years!!! It is the best place and I never want to go anywhere else!

The beach is very rich, its crystalline waters and the good thing has no waves

These are more like photos of the area surrounding the condo complex. Right on the beach, but so close to intercoastal. The complex is closely looked after and someone is always onsite to assist. Its important to note, I was there for professional purposes, I did not stay overnight.

Love this place! Penny and John were awesome and very accommodating. Beautiful views and great condo. Stayed in 403. Great room! Barbara sits on the deck and does her puzzles. She is great and from Oklahoma so we had many things in common. We loved the view the minute we walked to the building. The only reason I wouldn’t stay here again is if they were full, and I would probably wait. Close to everything. Bus stop right outside for easy travel. Wonderful trip! Can’t say enough about this place. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

Stayed 6/2-6/9 in room 604. Our entire experience was amazing. Penny helped us book the room and explained the benefits of the different units (they are all lovely). John checked us in and showed us the amenities. The pictures online looked exactly the same in person - amazingly gorgeous. The views of the ocean were the best. Downstairs has a huge covered deck with electric grills, patio tables, and faucets and showers to clean the sand off before you go upstairs. The room had beach items (chairs, toys, etc) and there was also a community collection of beach items available on the deck. Pool area was nice and the pool was heated. Loved coming down the elevator and walking right onto the beach. Had an assigned parking spot under a carport. Plenty of visitor spots. Mile and a half from John's Pass. Room has plenty of necessary amenities such as tons of comfortable pillows, washer /dryer, towels, dishes, etc. 7-eleven within walking distance where we got delicious coffee and donuts in the morning, enjoyed on a bench beachside. Will definitely be returning next year. This is my new spot for Madeira Beach vacations!

Can't beat the location and price. Bay windows overlooking the beach. You can watch the kids play and still be warm, cool or dry depending on the weather. This is better than a balcony in my opinion. Also, this is one of the few where the rooms are actually hanging over the beach (most other condos are separated from the beach by a pool or parking lot). Plenty of space. Some kitchens are a little small, but fine for vacation. Every room is individually owned and decorated, so the furnishings vary a lot.
