We listed our home in Parrish, FL w I think Sand Key in March orlf this year. Amy was our realtor and to say our experience was 5 star plus is an understatement. From her explanation of the process from beginning to end, and follow-up, but more importantly her follow through was the key to our successful sale. It is one thing to promote we do this, or we do that,l. But, it is another to deliver on all aspects of of those promises. Amy, and Sand Key fulfilled evey promise every time. Please, if you are in the market to buy a property, or sell your property you cannot go wrong using Amy, or Sand Key Reality.

I don't know what it is about these people or this place, but.... No one gets back to you, even though you consistently try over and over again No one else will help you, once you've asked for someone, just because you saw their name on the listing. Even when you tell them how they don't return calls and you've never met them Once you finally are able to speak to the person, after diligently trying to reach them, the place is gone and they tell you they will send you all they have that fits your needs. NEVER DO! They also advertise places for a certain price but we you do talk to them without ever meeting you, they tell you the price is more. Allot more. (Then update the listing). If you're this busy, then hire some others. They don't even deserve one star, but you have to put atleast one smh

Mark Frankum was just amazing from the first phone call to the settlement table. He helped us purchase a condo in Clearwater and was extremely thorough in each step of the home buying process, including negotiating the price and terms, handling the inspection items, and gathering all the details from the association. We couldn't be happier with Mark. His local knowledge was key to the transaction and he even helped us find discounted appliances, interviewed the property manager, and took extra steps that really separated him from any other real estate experience I've had. We are very happy to write this positive review regarding our experience with Nehad Alhassan, a relator with Sand Key Realty. Nehad not only helped us sell our townhouse in Clearwater, Florida but he also helped us with our new housing search, which covered as far south as St. Petersburg, as far north as Tarpon Springs, and as far west as Westly Chapel. While the search took a little longer than expected, we had three contracts fall through, he remained patient and steadfast and helped us fine tune each offer we submitted. When it came time to negotiate on issues associated with the inspections or appraisals, he worked hard to try and find a reasonable compromise. Nehad was very responsive and always had time to talk to us, whether late in the evening or early in the morning. Nehad is very tech savvy, can be contacted across several social media platforms, and we could electronically sign most of our documents - which saved us significant time. Nehad is a creative thinker and even helped us get some of our closing costs paid. We are very excited about the house we finally purchased – it is by far the best of the bunch. Whether buying or selling a house, we think Nehad would be a great choice for a realtor.
