Fantastic beachfront location with beautiful Gulf views. Front Desk and other Staff were wonderful. The boardwalk and sand—just steps from the room, and the property was well maintained. Parking was easy, and it was convenient to restaurants and John’s Pass. A great place to relax and enjoy Treasure Island.
Great location, great views, friendly & helpful staff. Had a gulf front room stunning views. Pool was good size & warm...some beach chairs & pool noodles for the beach were available. Ice machine, vending machine, laundry area available. Our room had a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, & toaster there is a Publix about a block away...our car never moved as the area has a good selection of walkable restaurants
First time staying at Page Terrace. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent location with amazing views of the beach. We will definitely be staying again. Highly recommended!
Stayed solo Jan 13-17, 2026. Landed and drove in the direction of Madeira Beach. Had no idea where I was gonna stay. Battled with trying to find a place with a gym/fitness center in my budget prior to arrival. I knew I wanted something on the beach. I also did not want a high rise condo/hotel. I didn’t need a high frills place. I decided at the very last minute to stop over thinking my trip. I randomly pulled in. Price was reasonable. Although after arriving, was curious what price was online. Various online 3rd party companies showed price cheaper. Either way. It was already a done deal with the price verbally offered by Arther. The staff that I did interact with during my trip was polite. I stayed in room 215. Room was clean and perfect for what I wanted. Small kitchenette (see photos) and across the way from large grocery store and also Walgreens. The weather turned cool for the 4 days I was there. LOVED the proximity to the beach and the wonderful walk/run/bike path along all the hotel/motels/condos. Felt TOTALLY SAFE as a 48 y/o single lady. I came in late a few times. Felt very safe when going for my jog. Within 15 min drive to various areas of this region of FL I wanted to check out. 30 mins to certain areas of Tampa and St Pete. This place is marked on my saved for next time and suggestions for others.
Incredible stay, I almost don't even want to post s review about how good it was so I can Gatekeep it for myself! We had an awesome view of the sunset from our room. Sand right outside the pool gates a very short walk to the ocean, There was even a sand sculpture contest going on with some amazing art!
Very quaint, no frills lodging. Wonderful staff. The lodging is clean and well kept. The beach is very deep here so be prepared to walk a ways to the water. But it is beautiful and worth the walk.
Spent hours studying different places to stay in Treasure Island, Florida and St. Pete Florida! There are so many places you can choose for your beachfront experience. Page Terrace is the best hands down. Me and my brother flew in to Clearwater, FL from Knoxville, TN! The receptionist on the phone sold us on this place months ago when we booked! She was so correct! You can't beat the price! Maid service was top notch! Pool was perfect! Steps to the beach! Quiet not loud and rowdy! Very clean and taken care of! Page Terrace is the best place to stay! We will be back! We will refer anyone here on any trip planning App! 5 out of 5 stars in everything! Thank you Page Terrace staff!
Great mom and pop old school Florida hotel. Close to Publix and great restaurants. Would stay again. Like comments say. 700 ft to the beach and no elevator but only 3 floors so not an issue. Super friendly staff. Thanks Arthur for a great stay.
This was our first time visiting Page Terrace, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The front office staff were excellent and the rooms were clean and well appointed, and had recently been redone due to last fall's hurricane. The location is excellent, with numerous restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. Additionally, the beach was just on the other side of the beautifully maintained pool. You can rent chairs and umbrellas from a local concession to make things easy. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was fully stocked with dinnerware and utensils. There is no elevator, so if you need an accessible room you'll need to book on the first floor. Also, the walls were very thin and, when in the bathroom, we heard our neighbors television clearly literally all night long. It was a low drone in the rest of the room, and when the AC was on, it wasn't too bad. Room 219 was an end room with a great balcony to sit in and enjoy the view, and no neighbors on one side. We would definitely return.
We booked last minute and were pleasantly surprised. Toni was such a delight during check-in. The property is well maintained, the room was clean, a/c worked great and loved having a ceiling fan above the bed for a little extra air movement. Lucked out with a beautiful view too!!
