The was no service and not enough towels. Bring your own beach towels..everyone I got was small and stained. Rooms were sandy ... Showers, floors were horrible. Nicole beyond cleaning no where to be found to make corrections. I will not ever come back. The bed sheets were stained and smelled like mildew. Id rather smelled bleach. The sofa bed was full of crumbs and sand top. And they would not refund my money or change rooms..never again.

Perfect family friendly and great budget. Location is excellent. We stay here a couple times a year and we love it.

Suite 201: pictures are not the same as in person. No response from host in two weeks Cons: Talked with company 2x prior to trip explaining if possible we need an early check in around 2p. No response on day of arrival until 4p. Received codes at 4p and the room was not still ready and housekeeping is supposed to give you a parking pass to park at 4pm. We didn’t really get to check in or parking pass until 440pm. Terrible experience and ruined our dinner / Sat around with a 1 year old screaming from 2p-440pm. A random door and door frame sitting behind the TV with nails poking out is really dangerous having two children. Also, nails sticking out of the wall where the from is missing l cut my hand open. Bathroom floor not cleaned and has hair all on it. Humidifier in living room has to be emptied daily, no one mentioned this. A suite owner showed up and threw away community floaties from the pool, “they are a liability”. My kids and other kids actually enjoyed them. Pros: convenient location to beach and walking distance to all bars / restaurants. Pool was a nice perk, beach chairs and umbrellas great! Ac works great, weather was 80 all week. Beds and pillows comfy. The place has potential to be great! But pretty hard to get past screwing us over for the first day and the nails sticking out of the wall.

The rooms, service and location is 5 stars across the board. We'll definitely be back. The only reason for 4 stars is because the shower water wouldn't get even warm. This is a huge issue when you are hot, and at the beach or pool and want to clean off after. I just cannot take a cold shower ever. So I would take one as fast as I could and that's just not enjoyable. We'll still be back and hopefully the water will be at least warm next time lol. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and the place was tidy and stocked so I know they did all they could at least. Thank you ?

Shower water went cold after putting shampoo in hair. Had to call to get room door code. Check in at 4:20. Rules are before leaving do your dishes. Strip your bed. Gather your towels. Take out trash. And charged big housekeeping fee!! Really!! I always leave room clean but I did most of the job and paid for housekeeping??? Was at pool and watched housekeeping go in my room 3 times. I think she swept the floor, not sure. Did not change towels or anything else. Every morning my car had sand blown over car. On roof. Everywhere. Paid 300 a night plus housekeeping fees for this. Not cool. Not cool at all. First time I did not leave tip.

We had a great time! Our place at 103 was super clean and beautiful! We even saw the cleaners washing the outside window ledges with a bleaching agent. We just had to tip them! The pool was clean and our kids had a great time swimming with no worries. We will be back! It is close to every attraction that a family would want. Thank you for a great stay!

The location was great with beach access within 2 min walking distance and several restaurants and shops very close. The heated pool was great and clean. The room was a described and had many of the optional items that weren't guaranteed (detergent, beach towels, toiletries). I liked the keyless access and layout of the room. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at CBS #105. The apartment was clean, roomy and very comfortable. My wife and 2 daughters stayed for the weekend. The place is basically on the beach. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Gated access made us feel safe at all times. The pool was 90 degrees. The residents and other guests were lovely to interact with. I would recommend Clearwater Beach Suites to anyone looking for a great deal on the beach!
