Once you are in this place, everything else is just disappears with the view of the sunset. The is one of the places that has an unobstructed view of the beach. You can come for a relaxing weekend, gathering with friends or even have your wedding all in one place. Highly recommended and make sure to book in advance.

What a fantastic boutique beach hotel! Our villa was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The location was absolutely fantastic for our vacation. Lynn was a fabulous host for our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. We are already talking of a return trip soon!

Lynn & her family are absolutely incredible people. My fiance and I decided to get married in FL, but after hurricanes in 2024, our original venue sustained a lot of damage so we had to look elsewhere. We came across Cay Pointe Villas and our beach front wedding dreams fit perfectly here. Lynn was so sweet, attentive and accommodating for us being able to have our wedding here. They put so much work into the property to make it absolutely beautiful in time for our wedding. The morning of our wedding, Pinellas County beach renourishment project was ahead of schedule, and unexpectedly was due to work on our portion of the beach that day. I'm talking multiple bulldozers and construction crews, tearing up the entire beach. We thought our wedding day was ruined. I was devastated. Lynn was at the property at 7am, talking with the crews and reasoning with them to somehow let us have our special day happen without bulldozers in the background. She even brought them pizzas, water & umbrellas. They paused all of their work for us to be able to have a quiet ceremony, dinner & reception on the beach. Our day turned out to be absolutely perfect & it was all thanks to Lynn! Without her, our wedding day would have been ruined! We have so much appreciation for all of the hard work she & her family put in to make our wedding dreams come true. We can't wait to come back for many years to come!! Thank you Lynn!

Best kept secret right on the Gulf! This lovely vacation spot is so clean and comfortable, once you stay here, you will want to come back again. You can’t beat the beautiful daily views and spacious private patios on the beach. Major plus: Family owned & operated by the best & wonderful accommodating people. We loved it!

If you want gorgeous gulf front views, then this is where you want to stay! This is a fabulous family place to stay. Our family has made so many wonderful memories here over the years. Great location. Walk to PJ’s or any other great beach places to eat or to get fabulous coffee. We love CPV!! Highly recommend!!

Went to visit a friend here. Right on beach, lounge and regular outdoor chairs, tables. Amazing sunset view. Balcony or porch. The decor is very cute and beachy feel and good kitchen and a dining table and living area.

When my husband and I got engaged we looked at Cay Point Villa first. And all other venues paled in comparison. The view of the beach is unobstructed, the colors of the Villa matched our wedding color, so it was a no brainer for us. The villas have that old Florida vibe that, as I child I knew and loved! But what made it even better was how sweet, thoughtful and accommodating the owner Lynn was. She is a wealth of knowledge and gave us so many suggestions and vendor contacts to make it a smooth process, especially when you aren't using a wedding planner. We rented out all 4 condos and we had the perfect day. Our wedding turned out even better than we could have ever hoped for. Thank you to Lynn, her husband Jim and the perfect backdrop for our wedding back on November 5, 2022?????????. We are looking forward to going back for our anniversary this year ????

Found this quaint place right on the beach. Hosts were fabulous. Accommodations were great and amenities included beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Uncrowded beach even though public. Close to so many things either walking or driving. Fantastic gulf views... sunsets were amazing. Loved everything.

Cay Pointe Villa is really a hidden gem among the many vacation rental, motel, and hotel options in the area. When I take a beach vacation, I want the place I'm staying to be On The Beach not Behind The Beach Dune. I understand the need for beach dunes to exist, but they always seem to slightly lessen the experience that I'm looking for when going to the beach. They're typically an eye sore when you're looking out from your porch/balcony over the ocean, and all of a sudden I feel miles from the ocean. I need to bring sandals and a whole assortment of things from the room to have with me to set up a spot on the beach. Why pay for an oceanfront rental if you're not on the oceanfront. There is no Beach Dune behind Cay Pointe Villa. I can walk barefoot from my refrigerator to the ocean with nothing but beach sand in between for a beautiful view wherever you go. Now that's what I call a vacation! I've also heard that you can rent all 4 units and have your wedding right on the beach. If you rent both units on a single floor then there's an optional door you can use to join the two. Seems like a great place to have a small ceremony, reception, and honeymoon in one place! Maybe someday...
