12 months agoStayed here with a few friends for an extended weekend vacation and had a wonderful stay. It’s quiet, yet close to beach, restaurants, bars and marina. Easy to get around and everything was only blocks away.

about 1 year agoThis place was great! 2 bedroom suites that made it easy to have teens:) the view was awesome and the open feel of this place was just so bright and homey. It is up on the 3rd floor and the stairs may be an issue for some but we didn’t mind at all. It’s a short walk to the beach and we felt very safe. The pool was clean and beautiful and parking was also a bonus. Anna and Lea were great hosts! We even got to watch the dolphins meander by in the canal. Bonus Bonus!

about 1 year agoParker Manor has glowing reviews so my expectations were pretty high, but I was extremely disappointed. The apartment was bare, there wasn't even hand soap in the kitchen. The toilet paper holder was broken, the ceiling fan in the bedroom didn't work, and the bathroom sink barely drained. The apartment smelled very strongly of smoke, although the host did DoorDash some air freshener. The property is within walking distance of the beach and restaurants and it was also very quiet.

about 1 year agoStayed in the smaller units to the side owned by Parker manor. Room was bare but clean expect for the bathroom and windows. The room had a bed…plus, but no storage for anything. Small closet no dresser for longer stays. None of the slates on the windows worked. We had no hot water in the bathroom (host had that fixed), no view from room, bathroom was nasty. Looks like tub was repainted but it was chipping off. Tub drained slow and grey stuff was coming up. Just said might be sand but it was never fixed.

over 1 year agoMy recent stay there was nothing short of exceptional. I went there for a friend's wedding and had an awesome experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere. The accommodations were immaculate, the views were breathtaking, and the pool was an added benefit. The host was incredibly helpful and ensured we had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. One of the things that impressed me most was the value for money. For a 2-night stay, the pricing was unbeatable, especially considering the quality of the resort and its amenities. I highly recommend Parker Manor Resort to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation experience in Clearwater Beach.

over 1 year agoI visited Parker Manor resort to celebrate my 30th birthday. We could not have been happier! The location was walking distance to a lot of activities and restaurants and of course, the beach. The bed was so comfortable and the unit was very clean. The dock/pool area was beautiful. It was a great experience and value overall.
