Berkeley Beach Club offers a prime location in historic Pass-a-Grille, Florida, with many guests praising its beautiful rooms and friendly staff. While some recent reviews highlight positive experiences and excellent service, concerns exist regarding parking availability and potential noise levels, particularly from adjacent bars.

Just had to park my car almost a 1/2 mile away. No swimming pool, dirt parking lot view from our room. My bad for not seeing there was no pool. They make parking seem like it’s no big deal in their description. Friday afternoon and it’s a HUGE deal. 1400. For three nights. Won’t be coming back.

Location, location, location! In an awesome spot right in historic downtown Pass a Grill. Really nice rooms, and great staff. Dave was accommodating enough to let us check in a bit early and check out a bit late. We will be back!

Haven’t even flown home yet and I already feel the need to leave a review. We stayed for 7 nights, and I could’ve done 7 more (usually, we’re ready to get home after 4 or 5 nights away). We stayed in suite 203, which was perfect for us. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you’d need. Large and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Amazing balcony looking over 8th Ave. Everything was perfect. For some reason, we didn’t see any other guests on the roof deck all week. We spent hours up there and felt like it was our personal space! The sunrise and sunsets from up there were incredible. Great spot for lunch or dinner as well. The one thing I will caution is that if you’re in the front bedroom on 8th Ave, it can get loud with people outside late night — or if you have loud neighbors who are playing music on the shared balcony at night. This was really only an issue Thursday - Saturday, but as soon as I played a rain sound machine on my phone it drowned that out. We will be back for sure.

We stayed in a suite for our wedding and were extremely disappointed. To start, the floors were so filthy we could not take our shoes off because they were pitch black with filth after just minutes of walking through. More importantly, this is where we brought my whole bridal party the morning of my wedding. We could not have anything plugged into outlets because it tripped the breakers EVERY SINGLE TIME. The air conditioning did not work after about the 5th breaker trip. The hotel has no phone number to call and make contact with them. I also used their “help email” no reply. On top of this, before our stay we tried to get in contact with them to set up a couple things for our wedding… again no reply. For spending more than $2000 I would expect some sort of contact communication. Very disappointing. Also, our balcony view was a very loud bar that stayed open and rowdy into early morning hours. Would never recommend anyone to this property.

Just wanted to take the time to write a great review. The hotel is in a beautiful location and very well secured. I had a billing issue that was handled by a gentleman named David, which was handled respectfully and quickly. I would highly recommend to friends and family!!

Great place, staff was excellent, rooms very nice. Had coffee makers and microwave with mini fridge. Shared Balcony. It is across from a bar open late walking distance to everything. Will have a roof top bar soon, but was not open when I was there. Definitely recommend.

I truly loved working at this property and had such a positive experience from start to finish as a professional hair and makeup vendor. The staff was welcoming, kind, and incredibly easy to work with, which sets the tone for the entire day. From check-in to coordination around event spaces, everything felt smooth, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive. That level of care makes a world of difference on wedding and event days, not just for clients, but for the creative teams working behind the scenes. The space itself was beautiful, calm, and well-maintained. It provided a lovely environment for clients to relax and prepare, and it photographed wonderfully, which is always a bonus. You can feel that this property values both guest experience and the professionals who help bring events to life. I would be very happy to return and confidently recommend this hotel to clients and fellow vendors alike. It’s always a pleasure working in spaces that are run with warmth, professionalism, and intention.

A bit late with our review, but rest assured... we were absolutely impressed by the level of service that David (Operations Manager) and Maryanne (Owner) provided to us back in April. My wife and I had just completed our wedding ceremony on St Pete's Beach and wanted to hold a reception nearby, which is where Berkeley Beach Club comes into play. They treated us and our guests like family and the bar staff did everything to make us feel at home. Plus, the preparation work required to get us there went very smoothly (thank you Sierra!), and we appreciated their patience with our numerous questions. Thank you again and hope to see you all again VERY soon!

The service and communication for our stay was top-notch! The rooms were clean and lovely to stay in. The rooftop happy hour was the cherry on top of an amazing weekend! Would absolutely stay here again.

Even if we hadn't been staying here for our wedding (which we were), this would have been one of the best hotel experiences of our lives. The GM, Dave, saw to our every needs, as well as our guests. This place will be a staple for us for years to come.
