We loved our house in Crystal Beach! Plenty of room for our entire family (9 total), with so many conveniences of home! The sunsets from the backyard dock were truly breathtaking! We saw so much wildlife while there… rabbits, racoon, armadillo, fish, various sea birds, rays, starfish, crabs… and DOLPHINS!! It was the perfect place for some relaxation!

Aldea 7 in Bellair Beach, Florida: we discovered this little gem 4 years ago. It never disappoints. Very quiet area. Perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. It’s on the beach and a short walk to the ocean. Newly remodeled this year. Very cozy and comfortable. It’s the perfect spot to watch beautiful sunsets. Short driving distance to many good restaurants. We are already looking forward to next years vacation.

We loved our stay !! The unit was clean, equipped with all the essentials and the view was spectacular. The instructions were clear and the management company checked on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. 5 plus stars !! Thanks

I have rented a property in the Clearwater/Madeira Beach area thru Beach Time Rentals (BTR) multiple times. I always get great customer service from them. The most recent rental in Belleair Beach was in a convenient location. The rental was very clean and the starter supplies were quite generous. The actual property was exactly as advertised. No surprises! My next beach vacation will be booked thru BTR.

(Beach Escape; BTR # 1142) A lengthy, but very detailed review! We stayed with our family of 13 (4 separate families; 3 generations; 9 adults and 4 kids), from Saturday 1/17/26 to Saturday 1/23/26. - This was an absolute gorgeous home with plenty of space for everyone. We were also thrilled with the location as it was a very close walking to the beach, restaurants, and even a coffee shop; Pipo & Betty’s. The home also had many great amenities such as the pool, the bonfire pit, many seating options inside and out, and lots of kitchen accessories appliances, and utensils! We had a very easy check in and arrival process as they preset the front code door for us and had everything cleaned and ready to go. We were thankfully able to check in at 2PM instead of 4PM due to our early morning flights thanks to the owner being so kind. There was lots of important information posted throughout the home inside and out as well as a list next the main front door with lots of information and nearby places to check out. This is all i’m going to post for the review portion as i’m the max characters for words. Please be sure that you look at my screenshots below as I have listed some great pros and cons of the home, as well as good places nearby we enjoyed. All in all, we really enjoyed our vacation here and would definitely recommend this home for a large family or group,. We would stay here again.

We loved our condo 304 at San Remo we reserved through Beach Time Rentals. It was just as pictured and even larger than expected. The sunsets over the ocean were easily viewed from the large balcony. It was such a peaceful vacation and we were allowed to check in early which was an added bonus! We will be back!

Beach time rentals had a beautiful view, very clean and very accommodating and responsive 24/7 with any questions that we had. I would recommend this beautiful location to anyone wanting to stay in the clearwater area!

Waterfront Paradise Palms (BTR #2480) is a modern, newly renovated vacation rental! The layout is fantastic for groups or multiple families - three bedrooms in the main house with en suite bathrooms for each gives great privacy and personal space. The extra bedroom, en suite bathroom, and living space in the pool house was the perfect place for our angsty teens to get away from their parents and younger siblings ?. The outdoor spaces were so well designed and maintained - it felt like we were in a tropical escape all our own. The house is walkable to the beach, but we highly recommend a golf cart rental which was fun for the whole family and makes nicer beaches in Sand Key Park just as accessible. The only negative feedback is that the spa is not described well. Although you pay for pool and spa heat separately, the pump will only heat one at a time, so you can't use both at the same time.

We had a wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom house in Florida! The home comfortably fit our group of 7, with plenty of parking space for up to 3 cars. Everything was very clean and well-organized, and the spacious dining table became our favorite spot for family board games in the evenings. The house has clearly been recently remodeled — the new flooring and fresh interior made it feel modern and welcoming. It’s also in a fantastic location: just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by many delicious local restaurants. There were only a couple of small drawbacks: the shower in the master bathroom tends to let water flow out easily, and the sink water pressure was a bit weak. Other than that, everything was perfect. Overall, this was a great place for a family vacation or a trip with friends. We would definitely consider staying here again!
