?????????? Just returned for another amazing stay at condo 504 at Seaview in Madeira Beach, and I can’t rave enough about it! From the moment we booked, communication with Connie was fantastic. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Upon entering the condo, we were blown away by how immaculate it was. It truly felt like a home away from home! The pool and hot tub area were equally impressive; both were impeccably clean, creating a perfect oasis for relaxation. One of the highlights of our stay was the warm and friendly atmosphere. We met so many kind-hearted people who made our visit even more enjoyable. The views from the condo are simply breathtaking! We were greeted every morning by playful dolphins dancing in the waves. Watching them never grew old, and it was a magical way to start each day. And let’s not forget about the sunsets—absolutely stunning and a highlight of every evening! This isn’t our first time renting condo 504, and it certainly won’t be our last. We’re already planning our return trip for next spring! Thank you, Connie, for being such a wonderful host and making our stays so memorable. If you’re still searching for a great place to stay – STOP SEARCHING! This is the place! Our stay at this oceanfront condominium was absolutely wonderful. One of the things that matters most to me when traveling is knowing my family is in a clean, safe environment, and this condo delivered on both. The unit is beautiful and far exceeded our expectations! The owners have thought of everything and left no detail overlooked. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculate and well-maintained the space was. The kitchen was FULLY STOCKED with EVERYTHING we needed. The bathrooms were spacious and CLEAN. The location is central to everything – shopping, grocery stores, etc. Communication with the host was seamless, and Connie was incredibly kind and very responsive. You can tell she takes great pride in maintaining such a beautiful space. This has officially become our go-to place whenever we travel to the area. Thank you, Connie, for helping make our vacation so special!

This was our first year here and we plan to be back for years to come. We were in 504. It was nicely decorated and had all the little nicety’s that Condo’s aren’t required but they go the extra mile. Connie was exceptional to work with and responded quickly to our needs. Jeff takes care of the grounds and he did a great job of preparing pool and surrounding areas. He made an effort to talk to guest and make sure there needs were being met.

We had an incredible stay! The condo was gorgeous, spotless, and had the most beautiful beach views. The staff was friendly and truly made us feel welcome. We loved being able to walk to great food and shops, and the trolley made everything super convenient—no rental car needed. Everything about this trip was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

Condo 204 was very clean with a well-stocked kitchen with lots of cabinets. Bring your own food, including salt and pepper and condiments. Plenty of dishes, pans, baking dishes, dish towels, cutlery—just like home! The bathrooms are roomy and have lots of storage. The bedrooms have large dressers and large closets. The balcony overlooks the pool and hot tub—but much better than that, the beach and ocean. It’s bright and airy with very comfortable furniture, including 3 recliners. The lobby has big carts to transport your belongings up and down the elevator, along with grocery carts for smaller stuff. My friend and I were thrilled with everything and will be returning.

We had a wonderful stay at # 204. The condo was in pristine condition and the contact person was very pleasant and answered any questions promptly. The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil that we would ever need. The beach and the view from the balcony was a never ending source of delight as were the glorious sunsets. I would highly recommend this place as a great vacation destination!

Just got back from our second trip to SeaView and nothing but wonderful things to say! Everything was spotless, they have the best outdoor pool/hot tub in the area, and everyone from Jeff the maintenance guy to Connie the property manager were absolutely top notch. We will continue to come back year after year!

Every since they stopped with on-site management the place has been slowly getting worse! Just stayed in 404 and upon arrival the room just smelled like it was just sprayed down in cleaner and was barley even clean! There were tags from last guests on the floor in living room and master bedroom which means place wasn't even swept. Both toilets were running and one was fixed while master toilet still runs cause management can't understand the contractor they sent out! The bathroom floor in guest bathroom has mold under the floor mat! The kitchen floor has cracked/broken tiles. The sliding door to balcony had sign that it was going to be fixed cause its super hard to open and dosent even lock. The hot tub worked for only 1 night while we were there for 7 days! The pool guy kept saying "it will be fixed tomorrow". And when I told management about it they had no idea that it was even broke! Clearly they dont communicate with on-site maintenance crew! Now the worst was the elevator kept running super slow and even stopping and staying on floors. Had to take stairs a few times while carrying stuff down to go to the beach! The only way it kept getting fixed is because there was an actual owner of 1 of the units who is on the board and he called elevator people out cause the other management people didn't seem like they were doing anything! Been in almost every condo at seaview over the last 10 years and probably wont be back till management is back on site or doing a once a day walk thru! Its not MY job to report everything that goes on while on vacation!
