An older hotel right on the beach which has been upgraded. The rooms are large and kept very clean. The manager is excellent. We will go back there again.

I stayed here for 4 days and had a great experience. The location is perfect—very close to the beach. The room features a kitchenette fully equipped with everything you need, which was a huge plus. I also want to mention the hosts; they are very welcoming and friendly. A great place for a relaxing vacation!

I gave this sweet motel 5 stars because in its price range, it’s a gem!! It’s clean, staff are awesome, you can ask for beach chairs and they will give them to you to use for the day! My husband and I love it! It has everything you can ask for and walking distance to all kinds of stores, restaurants, beach….

We stayed at Beachside Resort Motel over Labor Day weekend. I am in the hospitality industry and can tell you...they do it well. It is a small, local motel right on the beach in Treasure Island. There is nothing extravagant , but for what it is and what you pay for it, I highly recommend. It was also quiet and easy to relax. The gentleman working the front desk was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The room has been completely updated and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our weekend. There is a comfortable queen size bed. A kitchenette with mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. Upgraded bathroom with all the toiletry amenities and a beautiful tiled walk-in shower. The hotel has a beautiful pool, shuffle boards and grills. They also have beach chairs available for guests to borrow. The entire property was clean and very well maintained.

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway! I had an incredible stay at the Beachside Resort Motel! The pool was absolutely fantastic—clean, refreshing, and the perfect place to relax. The owner was amazing—super friendly, helpful, and really made us feel at home. The beach was impeccable—just a short walk away and beautifully maintained. The location is unbeatable, and everything about our stay was just right. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation!

It's a renovated old Florida style motel. The owner was very accommodating and gave us our room early upon arrival at 11am. The property is very, very clean and well kept! The room has a nice little mini kitchen. The rooms are cozy and super clean! Location is right on the beach yet you have a bit to walk across the dunes to get to the water. I would stay there again and highly recommend.

We had a 2 bedroom very clean. We didn’t have any water pressure, jets in hot tub didn’t work, no hot water, dishwasher didn’t work, toilet overflowed and flooded the bathroom and bedroom. Called for someone to come fix it. They fixed it but DID NOT clean it up. We had to use all our towels to clean it. Finally after fighting with front desk someone came. It was over an hour of fighting with them at the front desk that they finally did something about it. Was told housekeeping was off and was gonna get cleaned the next day. We had toilet water everywhere and I was not gonna allow that to stay on the floor. The food at the pool was amazing! The bus that brought you downtown was also amazing. The view from our room was great!

It was great for me and my 6 year old daughter the room was clean the owners where very nice and welcoming the walk to the beach my 6year old didn’t like I didn’t care but I was happy with the up keep of the property I am from West Virginia and will be back for another great experience

Competitively priced. Nice staff. Love the room. Nice pool and a short walk down a sandy path to the beach. I would definitely recommend. (2 TV's not pictured)

I always stay here when I come to Treasure Island, they have wonderful service. They also have ash trays on the balcony’s with tables and chairs. The pool is super duper clean, they also let guest leave pool floats there for other guests to use. They have beautiful rooms. Gulf view is the prettiest in my opinion. The family room is super nice it’s has 2 beds and 1 pull out couch, a table to eat at, fridge and coffee maker! I recommend this place 100%. The people that own this place are wonderful, they are super nice and easy to get along with!
