Our family had a wonderful week in Clearwater at the East Shore Resort. My son loved fishing off the dock and the owner even helped him out with tackle he had forgotten. We loved the pool and the short walk to the beach, trolley, shopping, & restaurants. The owners are so welcoming and friendly, plus their sweet pup won all our hearts!

What a beautiful and relaxing time spent at East Shore Resort. The room was just renovated with all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. The grounds were pristine and the views of the bay were breathtaking. Everything you need is within walking distance. Shopping, dining, beach, food stores, bars and entertainment. Enjoyed every minute at East Shore Resort.

We love this resort! Come every year. Close to the beach, comfortable rooms, good pool. Walkable to several great restaurants.

We can’t say enough about this resort, everything was perfect! We stayed in an efficiency studio, specifically 7A! The unit was completely self contained and plenty of room for all our luggage! The room was so clean and no odor at all! Compared to hotels we’ve stayed at it was a complete surprise! We met the lovely Susan who manages the resort, the innkeeper! We also met the owners of this lovely place, Bill and his wife, very charming and eager to help or answer questions! The resort has a nice heated pool if the beach isn’t for you! The resort also offers guest laundry and all the soap, stain remover and fabric sheets for free! The washer and dryers are fairly new and well maintained! The resort also offers self serve free beer, very nice! The resort also has a covered area next to the marina where you can meet and talk with other guests, everyone that we met were very pleasant! The resort is located in a convenient location with easy access to the beach, restaurants, CVS, Walgreens which carries some grocery items! There is also public transportation, use the Jolly Trolley, a fun way to get around! The resort also offers free beach chairs and umbrellas, towels, fishing gear,and many other beach items! A tip, take the trolley further north to get away from the crowded beach there! Also, try restaurants that are further away from the main area, no waiting! Free parking and quiet air conditioning!

My husband and I began staying at the East Shore Resort since 2021. The incredible team (Billy, Terri, Susan, Steve, Holly - best pup ever) make sure that you feel like you are in your home away from home. The grounds are pristine and meticulously taken care of. The location cannot be beat. The rooms are comfortable and with the latest technology and all your necessities. There are two grills, a fantastic pool and just so much more. We have made East Shore a yearly must visit spot for our staycation getaway. Thank you for making this place a magical location for us to decompress and reset.

Overall experience is well worth it! Only a couple minute walk to the beach, dining, shops, etc., you also have access to a non public dock, pool, and the units are similar to a small apartment/condo vs traditional hotel rooms. You have access to laundry, a pool, a dock, shared beach/fishing equipment, and a patio area with grills. The owners/management are simply amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We have a 10 month old and they provided a pack n play and even brought over a glider from another unit! We've stayed here several times now and each time continues to be fantastic!

Our first stay was last year. We loved it so much that we booked our next years vacation before leaving. The pool is nice, my boys love the dock. They have fishing stuff for you, but we bring our own. They also have chairs and other items for the beach. The rooms were clean and everything was great!! We can’t wait to visit again soon!
