Hotel Zamora offers stylish, spacious rooms with stunning Gulf views and a modern Mediterranean aesthetic. However, guests report inconsistent housekeeping and significant location drawbacks due to the lack of immediate beach access and private parking.

We splurged on a room with a little balcony. The amenities are remarkable. How awesome to have them take us to the beach in a golf cart and have bicycles and kayaks for us to borrow! The restaurant is delicious - we went twice in two days. But the best part was our experience with the front desk. We had an urgent situation and could not stay through the end of our reservation. We were allowed to cancel with no penalty, no hesitation, and such kindness. Interacting with people and not a huge corporation was so refreshing.

If your intention was to be at the beach for your stay in St. Pete, this is not it. They don’t have beach access, it’s a far walk although they will transport you there via golf cart from morning until 6. You need a car, there’s nothing near this hotel. ?? The staff are all very nice people, decent rooftop ?? no beach access but had resort fees, very dated, far from the beach and far from anything else within decent walking distance. The pool is dated. ?: pay the extra $$$ to stay on the beach at the any other hotel. You have to pay resort fees anyway. No matter what. Everything was a 10-15 minute walk, minimum. This far south on the beach is a wasteland. You will need a car. It’s feels old even though there was some kind of updated remodel. It’s just not with the money for lack of beach access and other amenities compared to resorts on the beach at roughly the same price. The only way we would stay again would be if prices were half and resort fees were waived or added in to the price.

This hotel is a true Florida Gem! We stayed for a long weekend and our 3rd floor balcony suite (310B) was fantastic, with awesome gulf coast sunset views and a street vibe. The pool bar was awesome, and the restaurant onsite is fantastic for both brunch and dinner! And the rooftop bar is a must see place to visit during your stay. Also, Do take advantage of the free golf cart service to a private or public beach with chairs, towels and umbrella supplied. The valet staff is quick and efficient, Lee was fantastic! You can’t go wrong booking a couple’s romantic weekend stay here…it’s Pristine, Clean, and tastefully updated. My wife agreed that it was beautiful. Respectfully, KJ

Really enjoyed our stay. Loved the style of the hotel and friendly staff. The amenities like the pool and patio were very nice. The hotel restaurant was good quality. The location is great for getting around at Pete beach and over to St Pete. One downside was the room cleaning was inconsistent (not getting correct number of towels several times) and not all that thorough (did not seem like they swept at all). Overall, it was still good value for the area.

The hotel has amazing views of the bay and the rooftop view of the gulf and surrounding areas were breathtaking. The Azura restaurant didn't disappoint on a single meal, the breakfast was especially delicious. The hotel has a very modern Mediterranean look and feel and added to the overall luxury feel of the stay. The staff were all very nice, helpful and always around. The only thing I wished was that the hot tub would have been operational during our stay with the chilly nights.

I recently hosted a wedding at the hotel Zamora and loved every minute of it. Vianka helped us with everything and was extremely sweet and accommodating. She definitely made this experience way more enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for better. The hotel staff and banquet staff were amazing as well. The views were stunning. I would highly recommend the hotel Zamora for a wedding or vacation stay.

I stayed at Hotel Zamora for a wedding weekend in October. I want to start by saying the wedding-day staff were attentive, kind, and truly helped make the day special. Unfortunately, the hotel stay itself was very disappointing. I woke up to find a visible stain in the bed where I slept, of unknown origin. The stain was on a detachable linen (specifically the one you sleep on), raising serious concerns about whether my sheets were changed before my arrivals. This was extremely unsettling and concerning given the nature/location of the stain. In addition, multiple guests in our wedding group experienced basic housekeeping issues, including rooms not being serviced or linens not changed (even upon request). Management initially moved my room and refunded one of my four nights, along with a few fees being waved. It was stated that an internal investigation would occur, after which I would be contacted regarding my request for a refund for my stay; that follow-up never happened. The situation escalated due to lack of communication and how it was handled by the General Manager, Shannon, who later described my account of my stay as “exaggerated” and implied wrongdoing for pursuing standard consumer channels. I found this response dismissive and unprofessional, especially given the nature of what I woke up in. After a formal AMEX dispute, the matter was resolved with a full refund. While I appreciate that outcome, it should not have required escalation. Hotel Zamora has a great location and potential, but management professionalism needs serious improvement.

I just hosted my wedding here less than a week ago! We filled probably at least 20 rooms with guests and it was non-stop. The hotel staff showed patience as we took over the rooftop and bar for our nightcap and on Sunday we hosted the most beautiful ceremony on the rooftop in the afternoon. I can’t tell you how many family and friends stopped us to tell us how beautiful it was and how it was the best wedding they had ever been to! Vianka and her team are amazing. Tom at the front desk and Michael at valet. Steve at the bar. Everyone was personable and we got to know them over the few days we were there. We plan to come back asap to celebrate anniversaries and milestones. We even had an opportunity to ride bikes to the Don and kayak on the water. The perfect until to our new beginning.

Start with the bad - Room doors slam so loud, we were hearing the doors of neighbor rooms slamming and keeping us awake until around 12am Valet parking is annoying and unfortunately mandatory (no self parking) T.P was cheap "sandpaper" kind Matress (king) was ok, comfy, but nothing special. Now to the good - The room was very clean, spacious and renovated beautifuly, Bathroom is not renovated but still clean and ok looking. Pool is pretty small, but pool area designed very nicely with both covered and sunny lounging spots and the water is very warm (winter time), hot tub is great, and not crowded Rooftop is nice as well

My husband and I stay at Hotel Zamora exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness of the rooms were immaculate with a nice ambiance. The entire staff was very welcoming and professional. Nicole went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I during our honeymoon/1st anniversary!!!!! Nicole provided exceptional service upon our arrival!!!! We enjoyed nice bikes rides on the beach as complimentary bikes and kayaks were provided by hotel. The views from the rooftop bar were breathtaking and the presence of intracoastal waterway presented a peaceful and calming atmosphere.. I honestly have nothing negative to say about our stay Hotel Zamora and highly recommend!!!
