Overall: We recently rented a unit in Ocean Shores managed by TRS. The unit was beautiful and well maintained. We experienced excellent, friendly service from the TRS staff. After hours check in was a breeze, which when you’re tired and in a new location is always appreciated . Special Effort: One notable above and beyond experience. Our children wanted to have flowers delivered to our unit for our 50th anniversary. Normally the flowers would be delivered to the office and ready to be picked up at check-in . But because of late check-in , Maria and Mia and the office took it upon themselves to deliver the flowers to our unit to surprise us when we got in. It was wonderful and greatly appreciated!

A friend and I stayed at one of TRS resorts properties for a long weekend. We were very pleased with TRS! The person I specifically worked with was Kate. She was super super nice, and extremely helpful. Not only did she call the day of check in to let us know that the room was ready early, but also helped me secure an additional parking spot since my friend and I were coming from opposite places in Florida to meet. Additionally, she followed up the next day with an email to make sure that everything was good. We booked this property through vrbo, and you really never know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised about how great the customer service was! Additionally, the unit looked like the photos and was very comfortable for our short stay. We are already planning our trip back next year!

Kate was very professional and called me this morning to let me know the early check in I had requested was available and we could check in anytime we wanted. And I hadn’t even called her yet! That was so nice, I appreciated that! When we arrived, Kate made the check in so easy and told us how to get our room and showed us how to get to the beach. Also, the room was so clean. We stayed in Upham beach in TRS condos for 6 nights and they were wonderful the manager Lou was very pleasant and attended to all the needs of this very clean property. We would stay here again in a heartbeat as it really is a 30 second walk to the beach. Thanks again Lou, we had an enjoyable stay,

My family and I stayed at Madeira Norte and had an amazing stay from start to finish! I absolutely loved my time at this condo. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt so comfortable and inviting. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. It exceeded all expectations!

My wife and I have been booking our stays with TRS for Gulf Winds for a couple years while a friend owner is rebuilding his condo after the hurricane of 2024. Today 10/30/25 we met and booked our next years’ stay with Lou in the TRS office. Lou was very personable and extremely patient and accommodating to our wants and expectations for condo rental. I have to say Lou represented TRS superbly. We are looking forward to our 2026 accommodations and thank Lou for exceeding our expectations.
