Rented a condo over Christmas. Very nice. Only one elevator that was kinda slow

Unit 205 August 2025: This unit is clean, well-maintained, and updated. The only thing I would suggest is to have a small set of salt & pepper and/or other seasonings in the kitchen. FYI there are 3 chairs (2 low beach + 1 camp chair) and one boogie board in the unit, no beach towels or toys. (I think I read that you can get beach towels there for $2 cash deposit, but we just brought our own.) There is a washer & dryer in the unit, which is very convenient. The Publix across the street is not currently operational (August 2025), and you will have to drive to the one closer to Treasure Island (~2.5 mi) until it reopens. The pool was clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Stunning place to stay, we did air b&b. Super comfy, beautifully decorated. Felt like home staying here. Comes with everything you need! You can cook, have coffee. They supply absolutely everything you'd need to cook + stay here. Walking distance from shops & such.

Love this location! Easy to get to and the beach is beautiful!

This is a very well managed property on the quiet end of the beach. It is a destination for families and senior citizens. It is not a party place which we like. There are restaurants within walking distance and the city offers free rides on electric vehicles so you don't need to lease a rental car.

We had a family trip here for spring break. The owners and management were very accommodating. Unit 201 is a short trip down a flight of stairs or elevator to the pool and from the pool to the beach. The views from the room were amazing with beautiful sunsets every night. I highly recommend this location for vacationing with family or loved ones. The condo is also updated and looks recently renovated. Very nice!!

We stayed in 204 which has a great view of the pool/hot tub and beach! The condo looks brand new and must have been redone recently, it’s gorgeous. I wish my house at home was this nice. The condo had beach chairs for us and there is a bin for the kids to find beach toys they want to play with. The beach is amazing too. We stayed in April and it was nice and quiet. Our kids found other kids to play with on the beach and everyone was so friendly. The sand is soft and we even found a sand dollar. It’s a 5-10minute walk to great restaurants and family activities. It was one of the trips you don’t want to end.

Condo 201 needs a lot of attention. You basically have 1 bed and we have 4 people. Pull out sofa bed broken, trying to sleep on the daybed is a joke. One TV out of three working after my son fixed it. The kitchen has one boiler, 2 frying pans, and one sheet pan. Hard to cook with that. We had to buy items in order to cook. There is not even a mixing bowl. We do have some glasses, 2 mugs and dinnerware for 6. The oven took 40 min to reach 400 degrees. The kitchen faucet is about to fall off. Some plugs don't work and a knob kept falling off a door. The noise from the master bathroom room shower will finally subside. Last year, we had a wonderful vacation here in a different condo. This year, we paid more for a gulf front view and enjoyed the stay less.
