We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite for a bachelorette party and had a great experience. The kitchen had basic cookware (a couple of bowls, plates, forks, knives, spoon, spatula), but overall very spacious. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!

We had a wonderful stay at St. Pete Beach Suites. The location is fantastic—just steps from the beach—and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making everything feel easy and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our family of 5 stayed at St. Pete Beach Suites for 6 nights. The location is wonderful, an easy walk to the beach. The provided beach toys, chairs, and wagon were great to have as well! However, that is where our positive review ends. When checking in, there was an actual person there who didn't provide much information about the place or direct us where to find it. We had to inquire about the amenities and how to obtain them. The heated pool was not heated and that was a major reason for us booking in case the weather wasn't great for the beach. We notified both the customer service contact as well as the pool maintenance man who assured us it was warming up, with no improvement. Four days into our stay we again contacted the customer service number to ask about housekeeping as we needed new towels, soap, and toilet paper. Our confirmation email noted that housekeeping was provided daily and to contact them if we wanted to opt out. It wasn't until then were we told that we actually had to reach out to request housekeeping. When they did come, there wasn't any actual cleaning done, towels and supplies were left in the room and that was all. Our shower never got hot, even after 10 minutes of running it and the kitchen sink was very slow to drain. We got a notice the day of check out that they were going to do maintenence on the hot water in ours and others rooms. They removed (with a loud saw) all the hedges that were around the pool area, some of which were 12 feet from our window. While I understand this was an improvement, our room was the closest to this with apparent vacancies in many others. Understanding this is was a virtual host, very little information was provided electronically and what was provided was not accurate i.e. the housekeeping issue. We enjoyed the location but the basic infrastructure of the facility and communication needs some work. Wanted to update and add that the owner of this establishment reached out to remedy the concerns and frustrations we had with our stay. I appreciate the willingness to reach out and improve upon the opportunities at St. Pete Beach Suites.

Fantastic experience and a very fair price. The lady at the front desk texted me a few hours prior to check in and said we could check in early. They were super friendly, the room was very clean, and plenty of amenities. Will be staying here again!

The stay was everything. Smooth check in. Beautiful suite. The beach is literally a block up. (Walking distance) The layout is very nice for family time or couples for near outdoor fun. Games like life size Connect 4 and Chess game. 2 clean pools. I was given a parking permit, yet a citation was on my rental windshield. The reason for 4 stars is it has been 2 business days since I checked out and shared my concern about the citation I was given. The young lady what checked me in said I was good where I parked and to make sure the permit was visible. I hung it around the mirror the way it was designed. So no on called me to clear anything. So be aware.

We first discovered the St. Pete Beach Suites last year when looking for a place for wedding guests to stay for my brother’s wedding at Upham Beach. Once we visited and walked the grounds, we instantly realized it would also be the perfect spot to host a little after-party with guests. The property is absolutely beautiful—two sparkling pools, a gorgeous courtyard, and everything is so well maintained. The rooms were spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. The beds were great, and we really appreciated how simple the check-in and check-out process was. My family and I stayed in one room for two nights and another for one night, and everything was smooth and stress-free. We had such a positive experience and would highly recommend St. Pete Beach Suites to anyone visiting the area. We’ll definitely be recommending it to friends and family in the future!

This was our third year in a row staying at St. Pete Beach Suites. We absolutely love this place. It's close to the beach, multiple restaurants nearby, and the staff is always helpful and kind. The rooms are clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything we needed! My parents went with us this year and the staff went above and beyond getting their room ready quickly and even let them check out late and arranged the taxi service for them to get to the airport!! We will definitely be coming back next year!!

We stayed for two nights while in town for a birthday party. The location was perfect! Walkable to beach, food, and shopping. Amanda made check-in a breeze! The room was clean and comfortable and the pool area was awesome! They have floats on loan for the pool and carts, umbrellas, etc. to borrow for the beach. We will definitely be back and will recommend to friends.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The entire property was very well kept, from the common areas to the pool. Our room was perfect—clean, cozy, and came with a cute little kitchenette that was super convenient for quick meals and snacks. Best of all, the AC was cold (in the best way possible!)—which made coming in from the Florida heat feel like a dream.
