Now… Unit 412 ? This 2-bedroom, beautifully updated corner unit is a DREAM. The moment you walk in, you’re hit with an insane, jaw-dropping oceanfront view that never gets old, sunset, day or night. Being a corner unit made it even better, with extra light and sweeping views of the Gulf that honestly felt unreal. The granite countertops gave the kitchen a polished, upscale feel, and everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, the kind of sleep you only get when the ocean is steps away and the space feels like home. I slept SO well. One of my favorite parts? ?? Private beach access: peaceful, uncrowded, and just steps from the unit ?? Excellent security : I felt completely safe and relaxed the entire stay ?? Gulf Gate is an awesome place for relaxing. Gary is superb at his job as resort manager. He accommodates our wants and needs and is there for you 24/7! We have been to St. Pete Beach several times and have 2 trips planned for 2026. Thanks to Gary and his helpful ideas and great knowledge of everything Gulf Gate. 5 months and counting...

My family and I stayed at Madeira Norte and had an amazing stay from start to finish! I absolutely loved my time at this condo. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt so comfortable and inviting. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. It exceeded all expectations!

My family and I stayed at the Madeira Bay Resort room 408. It was positively perfect, ABOVE and beyond my expectations. We were greeted kindly and warmly by Paul at the front desk and always taken care of. I come from a family full of janitors and cleaning ladies, so my bar is high when it comes to cleanliness of an establishment including dust, hard-to-clean areas, crumbs under couches, etc. Here the kitchen, rooms, and bathrooms were thoroughly clean - top notch. The location of the condominium was PERFECT because my husband hates sand so we were not TOO close to the beach, but still the beach was right across the street- a less than 2 minute walk for the kids. Shops and cute boutiques lined the entire way of Gulf Boulevard and were right outside the resort so we NEVER had to drive anywhere. We just walked because it was so close. This is a God-send for a family with small children. You never have to pack anything or get into the car. You just walked everywhere because everything was so close. We have a 3 year old, 4 year old, and 5 year old so Madeira Bay Resort room 408 was absolutely perfect for 3 toddlers. The pool has a spot where it is only like 9 inches deep or something which is convenient to have the kids not being scared to get into the pool because of the shallow area. There is a fence all around the pool area and a gate-lock so no strangers coming in, just the residents of the resort who knew the code. The residents were also so cordial and kind. Restaurants and cute cafes right outside both sides of the resort. It felt like I was in a tropical movie every-time we were poolside because the cantina next door has an open deck where they play good music outside. It was a picture-perfect place to go because the scenery was esthetically pleasing- palms trees, beach in the skyline, big bright white boats parked in the bay, bright colored buildings and hotels all along Gulf Boulevard. I had to order something from Amazon to our room and of course Amazon left it right in the public area at the entrance. Roman from the front desk immediately noticed the Amazon package and took it in with him to the front desk office for safe-keeping. So very kind, thank you to that young guy. Everything we needed was provided inside the condominium like beach balls, boogie boards, and even laundry detergent. My husband and I will most definitely be coming again to the same exact location with our toddlers- Madeira Bay Resort room 408.

My wife and I have been booking our stays with TRS for Gulf Winds for a couple years while a friend owner is rebuilding his condo after the hurricane of 2024. Today 10/30/25 we met and booked our next years’ stay with Lou in the TRS office. Lou was very personable and extremely patient and accommodating to our wants and expectations for condo rental. I have to say Lou represented TRS superbly. We are looking forward to our 2026 accommodations and thank Lou for exceeding our expectations.

Kate Cassetti notice there was an issue with our reservation that I previously thought was taken care of. She went above and beyond to call me, explain everything, and also emailed me several options of rooms to choose from. She was kind,sweet, and thoughtful. She is example of awesome customer service in a time where everyone would rather communicate through email or AI. It was a breath of fresh air to actually speak to a person!!! Thanks again Kate!

My family rented a unit for a month on the fifth floor. This company knew the elevator was not working and never informed us. Had they told us we would have cancelled. We are all seniors and carrying our luggage up five flights was beyond difficult. The pool and jacuzzi were also not working due to storm damage. The elevator was supposedly fixed a few days before we were leaving. However it would bounce violently and my sister refused to get in it. We spoke to other renters who advised us that they received 30-50% refund. This company would only gave us 15%. We would never rent using this company.
