We had an incredible dinner experience at Caretta on the Gulf. The food and drinks were top-notch, and sitting on the patio with views of the Gulf was unforgettable. The service, both Alex and Jessica were impeccable—friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly pampered. A must-visit in Clearwater.

This resort is absolutely amazing! By far the nicest in all of Clearwater. The best part was sweet Valentina the mimosa queen who we love dearly. Her kind soul and laugh lit us up every day.

Amazing experience! I can’t wait to come back. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time with his mother. It was the perfect setting. I’ll be sending my parents back soon. Lucy and Valentina made the experience unforgettable with their kindness, professionalism and hospitality. Thank you!!

The resort itself was really nice. The staff was nice and it was clean, but it had one fatal flaw which I'll get to later. If you're looking for a nice quiet time on the beach I would say no to this place. If you're used to 5 star places I would just pay more to upgrade somewhere else. If I could guarantee no one was in the room next to me I would come back, but most likely I'll pick another place to stay next time. There's a 2 inch gap on the bottom of the interconnected room doors, so you'll hear everything happening in that room. It's either going to be screaming kids or adult nighttime activities. Our first night we couldn't sleep because the people next door kept trying to come in our room and were partying all night. The concierge was quick to move us which I appreciated, but then we were next to two old people who were going at it all night. I had a flight at 6, but all night I had to hear two old people grunting and meat slapping very unenthusiasticly. So I'd rather not experience that again.

This is a beautiful hotel. The renovations are amazing. The pool is beautiful and the pool chairs are very comfortable. The staff from the front desk to the spa to the pool was excellent. Our spa experience was wonderful. We booked a one room suite and it was beautiful and had many amenities. Jersey Mike brought our bags up and was very helpful. The only issue with the room was the location. For several hours late into the night I was kept awake by noise from below. Slamming dumpster lids, rolling carts, trucks beeping. It was awful. The next day they happily moved us, however it was to a room on the street side. Lots of traffic noise. But it stopped early and I had no trouble sleeping. The one part I really regret was dinner in Caretta. I received 6 text messages to confirm my reservation in 1 day. I made a note on my reservation that we wanted to sit outside and we were celebrating a birthday. These requests were not acknowledged. Yes we should have said something but its just so tiring that people in the service business just don't seem to really care. So I said nothing. The food was mediocre. The waiter talked me out of my meal choice and I disliked what he suggested, the snapper. Totally tasteless. It was a very expensive dinner for the quality in my opinion. I was also put off by being sat in a small room. There are alot of children at the resort. They also have a kids club. The beach is amazing and in the evenings they have a firepit. Just beautiful.

Spectacular resort! Next time I go to Clearwater Beach, I will absolutely stay here. The service from the staff is as high as it gets. Friendly and professional. Valet, front desk, bellman, food and beverage were all super helpful. The lobby and decor throughout the entire hotel is stunning. My son was in the heated pool all day. Hot tub is truly hot. Love the beach? Just walk right out to it directly from the hotel. No need to cross a street. The beds are comfy and we loved our balcony room overlooking the ocean. Yes, it cost more than the other hotels there but it was worth it. Can't wait to go back!

Noisy construction happening at the pool all day both days of our stay. I thought the location was great, as was the service and our room, although I could hear and see the roof with air conditioners from our suite on the 8th floor. I am giving the review a 3 because of the construction going on - it had loud sawing constantly all day at the pool area the whole time there and so it was noisy instead of quiet and more relaxing. For the prices paid, I would expect the hotel to have let guests know of construction planned during their trip. All the staff were great and they give you champagne upon arrival or for anytime really, and the hotel itself is well kept up and beautiful.

We stayed here 1st week of Nov and couldn't ask for better! The staff was incredibly kind and always smiling and greeted everyone! We were with a large group on a company trip and everyone agreed the service was impeccable! The resort itself is upscale, classy and has a grand entrance feeling upon arrival. We loved the piano playing while waiting by the elevators. The sugar scrub is a must try in the restrooms by the lobby, amazing! The property is right on the beach but keep in mind, it's a hike to the water if you're bringing your necessities to enjoy a day! Sunsets are insane to watch right out front and you can see dolphins early in the morning playing. The weather is unpredictable at this time of the year but I'll leave my review on that to help others.. the 1st few days were too cold to enjoy sunbathing but luckily the last few days were hot!.. also note I'm from Texas, it was hotter back home! Overall our stay was very enjoyable and it was nice to walk to local restaurants, bars and plenty of shopping! On our last day, I was warmly greeted by the most beautiful lady serving mimosas in the lobby, can't remember her name but I asked where she's from because she was so beautiful and she said, Iran, so please tell this lovely lady, thank you for making my day! It truly is the little things in life that bring the most joy and she is one of the kindest human beings!

Our first time at Sandpearl this past week was incredible and we can't wait to come back someday! We celebrated our babymoon, and couldn't have asked for a better property to stay at. Our gulf view room was soooo clean and felt brand-new, every single staff member we encountered each day was so friendly and went above and beyond for us. Couldn't recommend this place more, so happy we chose Sandpearl!

Sandpearl is so nice! It is clean, and so enjoyable. The pool is beautiful and big. The nice thing too about the pool area is if towels are left too long in chairs they remove them for other guests. They also make sure you belong at the pool with the hotel wristbands. Staff is so nice too. It's a wonderful place :)
