The room was very nice. I was greeted upon arrival and the lady was very nice and informative. The private pool was a cool spot to go hang out at. And I got the best sleep for the couple of nights I was there with a comfortable bed and nice AC.

Amazing place and location! Right off Redington Beach and inside the intercostal water way. You won’t be disappointed! Will definitely be coming back!

our first time here and we will def be back! everything was perfect. the location, the pool, the staff! the staff was so kind and friendly, the room had everything we needed. i loved the coffee shop that is just a few steps away. the beach access directly across the street was perfect. they had chairs we could take and toys to play with. the parking is tight but it’s nice that’s a small place and not overcrowded. fantastic experience for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sand vista motel. There isn’t enough words to tell you how amazing it was. It was truly our own little apartment by the beach. They have a very clean and pretty pool with a clean dock where you can fish and kayak. They provide so many beach necessities for free. Beach chairs, towels, toys, fishing rods. They have a place to wash laundry that is coin operated. This place had everything we needed and it made our trip amazing. Thank you Sand Vista ????

We have been here several times and I always feel like family the vibe is super relaxing they have literally everything you could ever need !!! We’ve stayed at one of the biggest ones and the view over the bay. It was absolutely breathtaking. Our son has so many great memories here !!!!!!

This was our second time staying here, we love this place! Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a great place to vacation on a budget--kitchen has a full fridge, cooking supplies and everything you need. The beach is a short walk, and they provide chairs and umbrellas if you need them. Love the coffee shop a couple of doors down, plus lots of other shops and restaurants in walking distance or a short easy drive. Definitely will stay again!

I recently stayed at Sand Vista during my trip to the Gulf. I booked through Expedia and it was a seamless process. I called shortly after to confirm that my reservation went through and the front desk lady said I could come on and check in. Once I arrived she gave me a tour of the room I stayed in and the area. She was very helpful! I stayed in the top room facing the street with a ocean view and really enjoyed staying here! The grounds give off an old-school seaside hotel vibe and, as someone who is more into the modern look, I thought it was cozy and communal. They had plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas you could grab to take to the beach at no extra charge. There's public beach access right across the road and it's less than a 3 minute walk. The rooms are slightly dated but again this really goes with the vibe of this place! There's also some common areas by the pool for groups to hang out that overlook the inlet. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfectly located across from the beach. Room was small but perfect for a couple to get away. Hospitality was greater than 5 stars. Heated pool was perfect for the cool weather. Will stay again

We stayed five nights as a couple in March 2025 in the upper room, number 201. Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was immaculately cleaned and the bed was very comfortable. Full size refrigerator microwave and coffee maker and plenty of storage. I did find it odd that there was not a kitchen sink, and dirty dishes were washed in the bathroom sink. They provided the liquid soap plates cup spoons paper towels and light cleaning supplies. Washer and dryer are $2 each and worked very well on the premise. Two TVs in our room, one in the bedroom and one in the living area. Overall, I highly recommend the sand Vista. Plenty of restaurants to walk to and public beach access is directly across the street. All the staff were very nice and accommodating. We will be back.

We really loved this place. The rooms have small kitchenette, we had one of the left rooms with a balcony and it was perfect. It was great to have a sitting room if someone was up earlier or stayed up later. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offer beach chairs, towels and umbrellas that you can take across the street to the beach. They also allow you to use their laundry facilities in the evenings, you just need your own detergent etc. The common area is cute, and the heated pool if perfect for a little relaxation time. We'll definitely be back again!
