Stayed here for one night. Frank was great, very nice. However, the room I stayed in was very subpar. There were bugs in every corner of the living room, kitchen and bedroom. There was wall mold in the shower (softball size right under shower head). A/C unit only kept the bedroom cold, rest of room was hot. Also, with this being one of the "cheaper" hotels on Mandalay - it attracts people that like to stay up all night and party. I got no sleep as the people in the rooms next to me were right outside my window all night having a great time. Would not stay here again unless an emergency.

Frank alone made my best friend and I feel so well taken care of. He was the kindest helpful person ive ever met. He made us feel safe and always made sure we had what we needed. I will always come back because of him and the hotel in general. Thank you for such an amazing stay. ??

First of all, every resort needs a "Frank". This man was hands on 24/7. Rooms on first floor were newly renovated due to the hurricane and flooding.. clean, but a little plain, but I know it takes time to get back on ur feet after such a disaster. The pool was nice, clean. The atmosphere was friendly. Ill be back!

My wife and I have stayed several times. We have visited before and after the Hurricanes in 2024. We love the hotel. The office manager Frank is awesome and very helpful. We will definitely be back soon.

Everything was perfect with our stay. The pool was just redone and heated and beautiful. Our room was remodeled while we were there Frank was such a huge help and even gave us new bedding cause FedEx just dropped it off since they are still trying to get things updated since the hurricane. This place is highly recommended! We will be back!

The Property Manager Frank, is one exceptional guy! First class service to this little mom and pop hotel, super clean, remodeled, Frank was super accommodating on if you needed towels ect. Says there is a pool there is not ,never stated that the pool was down and unoperable right now anywhere . Says its ocean view it is not , and there is only heat in the bedroom part of the room.not happy and only wanted to stay one night instead of 2 i paid for and got told that owner never goves refunds even tho the room is nothing like whats showed or stated and there is no pool like stated . Would only stay here again if i really had to.but if u see my image it says fully refundable what a joke

I wish I could give negative ratings. Room was unclean with a long list of maintenance issues like windows, blinds, broken ac, etc. The bed & mattress was horrible. Washroom was unclean and no room cleaning service was offered in 3 nights stay. Washroom basin was clogged and we had to ask for help. Bedsheet, all towels, blanket were dirty and we had to request cleaner ones. Floor areas & tables were not clean from the beginning. There were no cleaning tissues. The positive reviews here are possibly scammers related to the owner (job well done). This hotel should not have more than 1 star (which is generous). The overall maintenance is like 5-10 years due.
