If I could give this place a negative ten I would. Got off the airplane got to my motel, this dive. The guy couldn't find my reservation that was already paid for online. Then he told me I was checking in a day early. I was not I was on time, then he asked me if my ID was real like I was using somebody else's I. D to rent this absolute dive.. you walk into the hotel room , and it's got the most putrid stench , ever, no hot water , it maybe got to eighty degrees. Nobody else was in this hotel while I was there.And the guy put me in the room directly under where they were working on the roof. Do not waste your time at this hotel. Oh, and then when you sign in, they make you sign of papers saying that you won't make this hotel your home.So obviously they have a lot of problems with transients. Definitely, not the way it is advertised online. -10

The ownwer was very rude. I was told this was a pet friendly hotel when I booked it through book it .com . They tried to make me show my dogs service. The American disability Act says it is unlawful for them to do that . I actually talked to a lawyer and thinking about taking action. Also the facilities were dirty in our room.

Convenient and quiet location. Clean room and linens. Would stay again in the future.

This place is so quiet and peaceful. It's a perfect location and the staff is accommodating. It is not modern, but you get a great room, located near the beach, and its affordable. Rooms are large, I got 2 queen beds, good size fridge and microwave. It's kept very clean. I love that I found this place by accident and I want to tell people I have had a great experience here. Other places I looked were charging so much and I was glad I found here where it was just what I needed. Thank you to the staff that helped me out a lot.

Basic economy motel. Prostitution and drugs are prevalent. Management is strict for a good reason, although they are too strict to their clients renting. Yes, keep control but over policing is not good. They don't allow their clients to hangout outside the rooms. I wonder how those that utilize the pool are treated?? The cleanliness overall is good. The rooms are decent by eye, haven't used a UV light to see the truth. I stayed there for 3 days, in the last 2 months. Stayed in a kitchenette.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to! The man at the front was very unwelcoming and disrespectful. The room he gave me was literally falling apart the curtains where falling off most awful experience I have ever had I will never go to Clearwater because of them. Do not rent a room with them I couldn’t even stand being there I left I didn’t even stay the night and completely lost out on my money.

Rooms are dark and dingy. Old smell. Looks like its never been updated. Stains on bed sheets. Too much money for the stay. Dont stay here...

Second time staying here, rooms are clean linens are fresh. Management is nice and accommodated my family at a moments notice this time around. The building is old and the rooms are definitely dated but I have never seen any bugs of any kind or anything dangerous. Pool is clean and is always open during normal hours. You get what you pay for and this place is the best bang for your buck. Very close to food and a grocery store. Less than 30 minutes from Clearwater Beach and surrounding beaches

This place has roaches all of way around wall and everything it is a family own hotel so becaré full. You can hustle the owner and get better rates he change price depend the person he see

It was the filthiest pigsty we had ever seen. The walls and floors were rough, unfished like an old basement. Rugs ripped. Filthy rugs, filthy exterior of the refrigerator, broken sink plug, one (count them, one) clothes hanger, TV with no sound in many channels. Unpleasant yellowish rough sheets, lumpy, uneven size pillows. Small rough towels. Filthy doors and cement walk. Etc. Etc. Etc. The motel photos were saw showed decent rooms that could not be from that hotel, maybe from many decades ago.
