We stood here for six nights and it was an amazing hotel. Staff was friendly, clean, and had all the amenities that was needed. They had an amazing coffee machine that was available all day. It was a machine that grind coffee and was made fresh. It tasted amazing. The breakfast was very good, especially that it was included. They had a pancake maker, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, and gravy, oatmeal, yogurt, milk, bagels, and pastries. The dining room where you ate was huge and had tables where you can charge your electronics. They had outside furniture, grill, and even a electrical fire pit that were on the tables. The laundry is a coin laundry and washed and dried my clothes well. They had a pool and Jacuzzi, which was nice. They had a rinse station for you to rinse off afterward. The room itself was decently sized and very clean. The beds were comfy and had a decently sized television.

I have been an IHG member for some time, but I have to say the 2 days spent here were nothing short of Amazing!!! From Robert who had a wonderful personality, welcomed us, got us an early check in, it was my best friends bday weekend get away so wanted to do something nice and fun. He provided us with coupons to Doc Fords, another fun place, made sure we had anything we needed from towels to knowledge about the shuttle. Then We had Emily. There were two more people but they were all amazingly friendly. The hotel was clean, the rooms were very clean roomy and had nice ambiance lighting for calm relaxing whind down. Also, the breakfast was great. I am very impressed with the Holiday Inn, let alone this one. HOLIDAY INN MADIERA BEACH. Thank you for all your hospitality!!!

The staff at this property was exceptionally welcoming and provided outstanding service. The front desk personnel were accommodating and made adjustments based on my requests. Upon checking into the King Suite I had booked, we noticed that, in some instances, it was smaller than other King rooms we had previously stayed in. We requested to be moved to a standard King room, which the front desk gladly arranged. Additionally, we requested a top-floor room, which was granted and suited our preferences perfectly. The King room assigned to us was perhaps the largest in the building. The remainder of our stay was excellent. There were ample outdoor seating areas and different spaces available, which allowed us to enjoy late-night cocktails comfortably. The hotel’s location next to a Walmart was very convenient for any essentials we happened to forget during our trip. The next morning’s experience was also very positive. The kitchen staff was attentive and detail-oriented—for example, I observed them carefully rearranging the premade omelette in the warming tray, which I have not seen at other Holiday Inn Express locations. We stayed until checkout without any issues. When initially booking, I noticed that the price difference between the King Suite and a standard King room was at least $30. However, upon checking out, I saw that the difference was only $23. I initially thought there might be an issue with the adjustment, but the front desk agent kindly removed the additional $7, which was very considerate. Overall, I would still rate my experience as five stars. I am impressed by the kindness and professionalism of most, if not all, of the staff I interacted with.

The hotel itself is nice, but what really made our stay memorable was the customer service. Robert in particular was very helpful and kind. The floors were always mopped & clean (a challenge when there's sudden dumping rain, people coming from the beach, & dogs). You'd never know the hotel is animal friendly until you actually saw the dogs because there was never any odor. Housekeeping was always so nice & attentive. There's a shuttle at the top of every hour that makes going to the beach so much easier.

We had a wonderful stay at this Holiday Inn Express during our recent family vacation to Florida. Our daughter, son-in-law, and grandson joined us from Chicago, and the hotel provided the perfect home base for enjoying the sunshine and nearby beaches. The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding level of customer service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. On our final day, our grandson became ill, and Robert went above and beyond to assist us with fresh linens quickly and without hesitation. His kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier for our family. Having worked in Franchise Operations for over 25 years, I can confidently say this was among the best customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. We truly appreciated the care and hospitality shown to us and will absolutely be returning in the future.

We just checked in, so my review may change. Daughter wanted to shower & it wasn’t really draining, so I unscrewed the plug and it appears the drain has never had the hair removed. There was more I couldn’t pull out but at least it’s draining now. Super gross! I’m sure they’ll need to snake it soon. Thankfully I have disposable gloves. ? Update: The staff were awesome- super helpful and friendly. Heated pool was fantastic, hot tub great, laundry a little pricey. Love the location. Annoying that it was built for tall people- sink was too high for 5yo to wash her hands without help.

I am wrapping up my new year stay here today and want to shout out to the staffs here! They made my daughter’s day with their true love and kindness for her birthday! Appreciate all the things they have done and would definitely come back again.

We stayed at this hotel mid October for our National Mororcycle club event and we absolutely loved it. This hotel is well managed, cleaned and service is beyond what we expected. They serve coffee thats better then Starbucks. I am looking forward to next year.

Right next to a Walmart; super convenient. Not the best location. Kind of far from St. Pete Pier and some shoreline cruises but the drive was fine to me. The morning breakfast was very good and service was great as well. Great value you’d get from booking here.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, and the free shuttle to the beach made everything so convenient. The pool is heated, which was perfect, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Most of all, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They even gave Christmas presents to my two girls, which truly made our stay extra special and unforgettable. We felt very well taken care of and loved staying here. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Tampa! ??
