Beautiful property at an excellent location! Gorgeous water view, spectacular pool area, and most welcoming hospitality. We had an amazing time gathering with friends, perfect tropical location for a relaxing stay.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to call home for our week in St. Petersburg than Perfecto's Retreat. From our earliest interactions, our hosts Danny and Yelena were friendly, quick to respond, warm, and welcoming. The space was ideal for our group of three sisters. The king bed was super comfortable and the pull-out couch did the trick as another spot to get a good night's sleep. The indoor space was ample and had everything we needed for a week away. The microwave, hot plate, fridge and freezer gave us everything we needed for easy meals and takeout; the lack of a stove/oven made us even happier since we wanted to get away from cooking --we were on vacation, after all! The outdoor space was just beautiful. Sitting on the end of the pier each evening with a glass of wine and some nibbles was a perfect way to end the day. The pool and the grill were both made available to us, adding to our feeling of having found a home away from home. We're looking forward to visiting Danny and Yelena again when we return to St. Petersburg.

Don't bother trying to rent if you have a service dog or disabilities. He will insult you and tell you it's a just a pet and to leave it at home. Also likes to make fun of people who are advocates for disabled people and calls them fake intellectuals

A perfect getaway especially if you are looking for a vacation not too far from home. Thank you for hosting us, we loved the parking location, privacy, pool, and the beautiful backyard.

We went as a family of 4 ( two kids under 3) it was a great stay we enjoyed the pool, the dock, and enjoyed the evening sunset. The only thing I would recommend for family with young kids that aren’t independent is bring a play pin so you can have some assurance that they aren’t going anywhere. As far as accommodation goes they offer the basic in the kitchen they have a hot plate you can put pan and pots on so you can bring dry food like pancake mix or pre marinated meat the freezer and refrigerator are the small ones you see at hotels so ice up your coolers. They offer a grill we didn’t use it so Im not sure if they offer the utensils that are needed for a great grilling experience. Overall we enjoyed our stay I forgot the play pin for our little one (15 month old) so he wanted to be let down on the dock near the pool (when we weren’t swimming) so bring that play pin or something you can secure your little one for more relaxed vacation. The owner and his wife and mother in law also live in the actual house and they are no bother you text Danny or this wife and they take care of you really well.

Lovely place with lots of amenities. My kids and I enjoyed our stay here. There were lots of activities like swimming, fishing, and kayaking. This is a gorgeous property in a great neighborhood. Beaches are also very close by with surrounding restaurants.
