Innisbrook Resort receives mixed reviews, with many guests praising the beautiful property, friendly staff, and excellent golf courses. However, recurring concerns involve outdated rooms, inconsistent service levels, and issues with amenities and delivery services. While some highlight the positive experience with events and dining, others express disappointment with the overall value for the price.

Overall, the stay was fantastic. I don't get the whole "the rooms need updating" but we only stayed in one so maybe others are outdated. While ours wasn't modern, it had everything we needed and nothing looked old (there were no brown florals like in the 80s or anything). It was more of a muted type of furnishings. That being said, the delivery amenities were our only issues. It's not worth taking off a star (if they had half stars, we probably would take a half off). They strategy of the resort needs to be modernized in our opinion. We don't live far from here and only stayed here as a weekend getaway from our normal surroundings. But we brought a Fire stick and planned to just stream and chill the whole time, while going to the docks for a couple hours. The first day, we wanted to get takeout from Packards, but their takeout ends at 3:30. So we decided to doordash, but you can't unless you have it delivered to the front desk. The campus is so large that this gets rid of any benefit of delivery (they only have one legal address so you can't choose any others). Then we called Salamander Grille and they did do takeout but wouldn't deliver. I know this is nitpicky but current generations want delivery. We don't always want to be social. And every dynamic of our lives is going in this direction. So, the resort should probably modernize a little. Considering their restaurants are on campus, why is it so difficult to just have a delivery since some of the rooms aren't next door to the front office and have them open for remote orders passed 3 (seriously, not all of us go to bed at 6)? Salamander's was great, we absolutely loved it (the Poke bowl was awesome). But the fact we had to get dressed and ready to be out in public when we had already gotten into our chill clothes wasn't optimal. Again, I know it's nitpicky. But I see this as something more people are going to want as older gens leave and current gens become more delivery-minded. Other than that, this place was amazing. Very great place to get away and chill. We didn't experience any loudness or anything else that would have been annoying. And the squirrels are the size of big cats so they are fun to watch. :-)

We came for live music and dinner at the Salamander Grill. The atmosphere was amazing, elegant and comfortable with fire pits and a great band! Our server, Josie, was exceptional! Friendly, respectful and did a fantastic job of taking care of us! Even when we had additional people join us, she was on top of everything! It was a wonderful experience and night!

We spent the day at Innisbrook to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The staff at North course were friendly and accommodating. After our time on the greens we had lunch at Marjet Salamander Grill. Eva greeted us with a friendly smile and got us seated right away at a beautiful table overlooking the course. Josie took such great care of us. She greeted us right away, inquired about our day and made suggestions for lunch. Once we had our food, she checked on and made sure everything was delicious. This was our first time dining here and we will definitely be back!

This is such a stunning property!!! We enjoyed our stay! The landscaping was gold standard and everything was so clean. The check in building had gorgeous woodwork and they had famous golfer portraits on the walls. We had no idea this was the location for a prestigious golfing tournament for the professionals! The on-site restaurant was amazing and literally had the best burger there I have EVER had in my entire life. My husband and I enjoyed sitting at the bar and were graciously served by the nicest bartender! I absolutely want to come back one day. I’m so happy we stumbled upon this on a whim. Thank you, Innisbrook!

The resort is tired and old. The entire place is dated and looks like it hasn’t been refreshed since the 1970’s. The golf courses, and I played all 3, are decent. Nothing spectacular and some tee boxes and fairways are in poor condition. The only good part of the resort is the staff. Besides the front desk that is often confused, the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and polite. Overall, the resort is not worth the price. You can stay and play at a lot of nicer places for a lot less money.

Just had guy’s golf trip here and overall it’s a very nice place. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. Alison (pro shop) was friendly and funny and at the breakfast buffet Natalie W, Danielle K and Melissa took care of every need. We played all four golf courses and mostly great conditions that we did replays twice. The rooms and buildings need some modern upgrades because they’re a little dated for the price.

I could not recommend Innisbrook enough for a golf trip! We had 12 members and really were treated like royalty. Eric and Ricky were a great duo of golf service manager and service rep. We were very well taken care of. Copperhead was in great shape, and the Island course was in okay shape but that was not on the groundskeeping crew- with it being Early September for our visit, there was a lot of rain that kept things boggy, but still playable. Having our bags taken care of and the amenities of the resort all right there were a game changer, and we will definitely be back!

We did the platinum golf package for 2 people and loved the experience. All of the staff couldn’t have been nicer and were so accommodating with rain checks for the golf courses. Everyone was so great but some of our favorites were Allison, Jake, and John Luke in the pro shop. I would definitely book this package again in the future. The only very small disappointment was that I wish the north course was kept at 18 holes and not shortened to 9.

The experience was overall great. The staff is top class. The location is a little dated, but I still really liked the look/feel as their currently updating a lot of the resort. Staff was super kind and enjoyable and helped me get to the wedding I was attending/my room. Wedding was a blast, and the wedding staff deserves 10 stars ! However. The room itself was CLEAN and nice. But it was dated for sure. But the beds were comfy and I slept like a drunk baby lol. The bathroom though was gross. The shower head was disgusting, and the bathtub itself had a hole/crack in it that had been attempted to be fixed/sealed with a sealant, but not painted/glazed back over. I have stayed in close to 500+ different hotels, motels, resorts of all levels and this is definitely a minor issue. But I do think they should do a better job cleaning the shower/tub etc. Otherwise they'd get a 5 star. I would for sure be back, and any wedding they host is set to be great.
