Villa Paradiso accommodated 5 adults and 3 children. The amenities were great. Plenty of towels provided. It was a wonderful experience. My family and I got to make wonderful memories for my sister’s 30th. Birthday. The beds were a bit hard but totally worth it location is on point. We found loads of thift stores. I am very grateful for such a lovely place. You should viait with your family to!

We found this gem when we decided to stay longer in the St Pete area. Our cottage, Sea Grape, was clean and comfortable. It was nicely decorated and included everything we needed for our stay. If you want to cook, you will need to bring all food related items with you, including spices. The kitchen does have everything you will need for prep, cooking, and serving. The property includes two nice, large, propane grills outside, plus a tiki patio, a pool with lots of nice poolside furniture, and a fire pit. The front porch had seating, and other areas on the property had a lot of seating available. The beds are very comfortable for us, and we slept well. It was quiet most of the time except for a loud truck starting out front early, and neighbors across the street loudly arguing one morning. The outside door to the bedroom with single beds could do with some weather stripping for softening noise. The location is a few blocks from John's Pass shops, and a few blocks directly to the beach. Beach towels are provided as well as other towels and linens. The beach was not crowded and the sand was so soft! Renting a cabana was $35 a day, with a discount for later in the day on multiple days - definitely worth it and less expensive than Treasure Island. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Take this from someone who never wants to take the time to leave a review (I felt compelled). My wife and I stayed here and had a truly unbelievable week. The resort itself is clean and quiet, however the location is perfect for a night on the town, all within walking distance (Johns pass...etc). We have in the past stayed in Cleareater, but everything is so distant and not fairly priced. After staying at IP, this will be our forever place (sorry clearwater :( ). The resort supplied water toys, beach chairs and coolers to bring to the beach (beach was a walk across the street!). There was a couple days, we never even had to leave the resort, great people who were staying there and we enjoyed the company around the tiki area. Multiple grills for us to use, and again I cannot stress enough the up-keep of the resort. Get ready for us again IP, can't wait for next time, now having a lay of the land it will only be that much better. Strong recommendation.

The room we stayed at was big, clean, and well maintained. The fully stocked kitchen with grocery stores close by was especially useful. We were walking distance to some great places such as the beach, John's Pass, and several great places for drinks and food. They also had several outdoor things we could use like bikes, kayak, coolers, and beach caddies. The location and extra amenities made our stay truly enjoyable and stress free. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the sweet jasmine cottage at the island paradise resort. We LOVED it! Parking was easy, the room was clean and so charming! It had all the essentials we needed, cups and ice! The property was equipped with beach chairs and coolers! We never needed to drive we walked to the beach, restaurants and shops! Also the bed was super comfy! I can’t believe how adorable the property was, it would be perfect for family reunions or weddings. Pool was refreshing and hot tub was relaxing! The surrounding neighborhood was quiet! I will definitely stay again!!!!

I had an amazing time with friends. Our cottage was so cozy, plenty of room for everyone, and the tiki bar was a bonus. We sat by the pool, grilled some food, and enjoyed the sun. I’d recommend Island Paradise Cottages and Apartments to anyone interested in having a great time and easy access to beaches/bars. They’re also pet friendly which is a bonus. The cottage was clean and felt like home away from home. I definitely plan on coming back again. Also, for reference, we stayed in the Sea Grape cottage. Lovely place to stay.
