We really enjoyed our stay at the Edge Hotel! Mason truly made our stay worth the money with his excellent customer service and friendly attitude. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and exceeded our expectations. Nick and Mike were also fantastic and helped make our experience even better. It’s clear the staff takes pride in providing great service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Had an absolutely amazing stay here. The balcony ocean view was honestly the best I’ve ever experienced and completely made the trip unforgettable. The room was very comfortable with a comfy bed, a large bathroom, and I really liked having the separate sink space which made getting ready so much easier. The pool area is what really makes this place stand out. The infinity pool is hands down the BEST pool I’ve ever experienced and I honestly don’t think it could be topped. Having two pools, plus the poolside tiki bar, made it feel like a true vacation. The golf carts available to rent right on the property were also a really fun and convenient touch. My one big complaint is the breakfast. For almost $500 a night, I expected a real breakfast buffet like advertised, but it was honestly more of a basic grab-and-go snack setup. It was mainly coffee, cereal, bagels, and yogurt — nothing hot, not even waffles or eggs — which was a big disappointment for the price. Overall, the incredible views, beautiful pool area, and comfortable rooms made this an amazing stay, but the breakfast definitely needs improvement to match the cost and overall quality of the hotel.

We stayed here a couple weeks ago, we absolutely loved it. The view out of room was perfect, very family friendly, & clean. Breakfast consisted of pastries, bagels, cereals, pancakes, boiled eggs, & fresh fruit. Which was perfect for us. The pools are perfect size, not too small to where it feels crowded. The location is great, we loved that we could park in the parking garage & the elevator would take us right to the floor our room was on rather than going through a lobby. The only cons we have: room service coming every single morning at 7:30-8am, & the tiles around the pool are very very slippery, we watched many people slip & fall, as well as ourselves slipped & fell. Highly recommend this place, we booked through Priceline & had no issues.

My mom and I stayed here for two nights and had a great overall experience. The hotel has two small pools, a balcony overlooking the ocean, and a rooftop bar/restaurant with live music or a DJ. The view from the rooftop was AMAZING and definitely a highlight of our stay. The rooms were decent, nothing too special, but comfortable enough. They could use a bit of renovation in some areas. Breakfast was good, although the options were somewhat limited compared to what I expected, but still enjoyable. The location is great! Very walkable and close to lots of activities and restaurants in Clearwater. I also wanted to mention something that stood out to me. When I was checking out, I saw another customer being very rude to the front desk staff, complaining a lot about the hotel not being “quiet.” That honestly didn’t sit right with me, and it’s part of why I’m writing this. This is a lively hotel, it’s not overly loud, but it’s definitely not dead quiet either. Personally, I enjoyed the background city/beach noise because it added to the atmosphere. Overall, I would definitely come back. Thanks, Edge Hotel!

Not a great experience. Had to move rooms the second day in because there was a pretty good amount of mold growing in the shower. You can tell that they have made a significant effort to put some lipstick on this pig, but the effort is still well off the mark. The free breakfast is just that.... Free. You get what you pay for. You'll be underwhelmed with it.

My experience at The Edge Hotel was not only disappointing it raised serious concerns regarding both lost property and unauthorized charges. The hotel was outdated and rooms were subpar. After checking out, I contacted the hotel regarding two brand new dresses I had left hanging in the closet of my room. I was informed that housekeeping “did not find them.” No follow-up was offered, and there was zero accountability. More concerning, I received a notification from my bank showing that the hotel pool bar processed a 234% tip on my credit card. The original bill was $30.92, yet a $72.50 tip was added, bringing the total to $103.42. I did not authorize a 234% gratuity. This charge was altered after the fact of payment. When I contacted the hotel to dispute this, the staff was dismissive and failed to take the matter seriously. Unauthorized credit card modifications are not minor errors but financial discrepancies that warrant immediate investigation and correction. The lack of urgency and professionalism in handling this issue is deeply troubling. It is also unacceptable for personal property to simply disappear with no documentation, escalation, or internal review. Between missing personal property and an excessive, unauthorized gratuity charge, I left feeling that basic standards of guest protection, financial integrity, and customer service were not upheld. I reccomend anyone who has recently stayed here to review their final bills very carefully.

My husband and I stay at The Edge this past 4 nights. The room was comfortable and clean. The service staff was wonderful. They have a complimentary continental breakfast with a wide selection. The rooftop bar was great. The food and drinks were great the service was great. The location was convenient to a lot of restaurants, the beach and shopping. We didn’t get to use the pool (weather) and there’s also a pool bar. I would highly recommend.

This place was great. Very clean, really easy check in, tons of things to do within walking distance, house keeping did not wake you up at 7am, room had a fridge and microwave, iron and ironing board, modern shower.. I will say that the little convenience store in the Lobby has very mysterious hours of operation and all of the soda machines and ice machines were not functioning so bring your own snacks and drinks.. there is a gas station within walking distance that has everything you need so its not a major issue.. overall I would definitely stay there again.

Not impressed with rooms at all. Out dated chairs and tables need of remodeling. Staff other then Mason not very friendly at all. Bring your own towels as pool and room towels are small and paper thin. Place that charges 400 a night should be alot more professional. Too many people working here that shouldn't. Pool was great. Breakfast not great. Anyway won't be back just based on the staff.

This place definitely has its good and bad aspects. Starting good, Gorgeous views, staff was friendly, hotel is clean, parking is easy, pools are nice.. Bad, we had no ac in our room, the microwave didn't work, the shower water pressure was a bit harder than a dribble, TV lost wifi connection & did not work. Called the front desk 2 times, first time they told us they will call engineering and get back to us, 20 min later still no call or anyone showing up to fix ac. Then called again and they said the same thing with yet again no show or call back. So we had no ac through the night. I may try staying one more time.
