No words can express how wonderful a weekend we had here at SpringHilm suites by Marriott. I can to celebrate my mother's 84th birthday, and everything...from luggage storage, to early check in, to complimentary breakfast l mean...everything!! The front desk lady(l think her name is Nancy or NT) should be the next CEO cause...she was 100% stellar. And the best part...location. l recommend highly to everyone, and l will come here for our next visit.

Stayed at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Clearwater Beach and had a great experience overall. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a fantastic location—super close to the beach and everything Clearwater Beach has to offer. Spacious suites with comfy beds and a solid free breakfast to start the day. Special shoutout to John G in valet—he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made arrivals/departures a breeze. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing beach getaway!

I had such a great experience visiting my family at this hotel. The hotel was in a great location! Offered great views from the pool. Matt the valet was exceptional and recommended the best places to eat and always greeted us with a smile. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and professional the valets and staff were. We will definitely be booking our next stay here after seeing what a great experience our family had there!

I stayed at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Clearwater Beach and had a really enjoyable experience! The hotel feels modern and well kept, and my room was spacious and comfortable. I felt so welcomed and truly at ease to relax and recharge. The location was amazing, and the staff were very helpful and friendly during my stay, John G. in valet was also very kind and courteous, as he went out of his way to help me better navigate the area for a stress free experience. Overall, I had such a delightful time during my stay and I can’t wait to visit again!

We had a fabulous stay and the hotel did not disappoint one bit! Breakfast was really great and the view was spectacular. John G in valet took extra time with us to help us get dinner reservations at a great local restaurant. Kudos to the rest of the hotel staff for being helpful. We look forward to coming back soon.

The rooms were clean and a good location but very noisy. They are also small. The hallways are noisy and the noises from the pool echo everywhere. The bar prices for what it is are extremely high. I would not stay here again.

Booked through Marriot Bonvoy points. Excellent location for walking around and exploring Clearwater beach. Great customer service and we received an upgraded king room with a balcony. Room was great and complimentary breakfast was among the best I’ve had; selection and taste were very impressive. Only minor complaint is that the thermostat in our room could not be set lower than 68F. Would totally recommend staying here.

We paid $300 for 1 night here, thought-ok well it's a Marriott brand, whatever, should be great-it wasn't! The staff is nice and everything is good there, but the room was not of Marriott brand quality, the breakfast didn't taste good, eggs could have been cooked longer, and the meats were not hot! So the oatmeal and the bagels were edible only?! Also, the balcony was the smallest of any hotel I've ever stayed at...so, actually, I'm sorry Springhill Suites CB, I won't recommend for anyone to stay at your hotel, unless they can't find another room at CB, sorry.

Great Location, Very welcoming staff. Bar staff need more training. handing out summarized receipts and pre adding gratuity without giving itemized receipt. The water tastes and smells very bad... water tank/system needs some real maintenance!

I have stayed at this hotel three times, and while my previous visits were satisfactory, this recent stay was extremely disappointing due to multiple issues that compromised both comfort and safety. 1. Safety Hazard in Room Upon check-in, I discovered that one of the beds in our room had a metal piece extending from the bed frame. I immediately went to the lobby/front desk to report the issue. The staff assured me that they would take care of it. However, when I later checked, I realized that they had not repaired or replaced the bed. Instead, they had simply covered the exposed metal with a bed cover, leaving the hazard unaddressed. Unfortunately, this negligence led to my daughter injuring her leg after accidentally hitting the metal part. This was not only disappointing but also a serious safety concern, especially given that young children were involved. 2. Valet Service Delay On another night during our stay, we experienced an unacceptable delay with the valet parking service. When returning to the hotel, we waited over an hour for the valet to take our car. There were cars backed up throughout the lot, and Carlos, the valet attendant on duty, was not apologetic at all. When I raised my concern, he stated that he was working alone and had no help, which explained the disorganization but did not excuse the lack of professionalism or empathy. I then went to the front desk to report the issue, only to be met with dismissive attitudes. The staff looked at me as if I was overreacting rather than acknowledging my legitimate frustration as a paying guest. 3. Overall Impression After this experience, I told my kids that we will not be returning to this hotel again. What was once a preferred place for us to stay has now become a source of disappointment due to poor service, lack of accountability, and unsafe room conditions. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training for staff, proper room inspections, and more attentive service for future guests.
