In my opinion, the major pluses of Springhill Suites Clearwater Beach is its great location, attentive staff and King Suite with the balcony. Isabel, Felipe, and Kevin were attentive to guests. Prior to arriving to the hotel Isabel answered my questions about the hotel. Her and Felipe were on point during my stay. Housekeeping staff were friendly and consistent with cleaning. The hotel was overall clean. There's a pool that was constantly in use. Though I did not go in the pool, I did spend time in the pool area which has a variety of seating (i.e., lounge chairs, high top tables, big round lounge seating, & single chairs). It also has a great view of the marina. Pool and beach towels are provided. Springhill Suites Clearwater Beach was a great choice for me. Please note I was traveling solo.

Took my mom here for Mother's day weekend 2026. It was our first time visiting Clearwater Beach. Pros: Very close to clearwater beach (in walking distance 4 minutes) and friendly staff. Hotel rooms clean. The restaurant/bar inside the hotel has good food and drinks. We had the chicken wings and fries, which were yummy. Mixed drinks/cocktails were mixed well. Cons: Hotel rooms walls are paper thin. The one I was staying in was on the 6 floor and faced the main road in front of the hotel. You could hear live band playing music from the bar/restaurant next to the hotel up to 2am. Some people in my group had trouble sleeping. Hotel pool is overly crowded. Hotel also seems family friendly, meaning a lot of kids running around and parents not controlling them. Its ok to have a family friendly Hotel, I just wasnt aware initially and would have maybe picked an Hotel that was more adult friendly for my group. I don't like that this hotel is cashless. Some people just prefer paying cash for some things. I didn't like that my room wasnt ready at 4pm. Its already a late check in time. Half the day is gone and to have to wait longer was an inconvenience for us. Originally, we wanted to check in first day, change clothes into swimsuits and head to the beach. We didnt want to change in the public bathrooms when we had a booked room and would have preferred access to it instead. We had to change our plans, because our room wasn't ready. I also feel that if you are staying at the hotel, parking should be free or cheaper than $39 per night. I noticed people who just wanted to park at the hotel but not stay there, got a fee of $15.

We were very surprised of the quality of this hotel. Extremely clean, perfect location, very nice breakfast buffet and an excellent valet service. Absolutely nothing could be better for the money. The beach was literally a three minute walk. If you wanted to walk down to the main area, 10-15 minutes tops. The pictures on the website do no justice to the pool area. It is considerably larger, very comfy chairs, great area that you can overlook the bay and and nice size pool. There were a few little things that kept me giving this hotel a 5 star rating. 1. I don't understand why a resort does not either have a bar outside or a person walking around asking if we want food or drinks. I think that is a mistake. The bar is inside and honestly, I was too lazy to want to get up and go inside. 2. In the bathrooms, absolutely no hooks. You come in from the pool or beach, no place to hang wet items. 3. This one only affects some, but important. We need an accessibility room, which we got. In order to get to our room, we had to go thru another door. So if it isn't hard enough for someone that is disabled to get thru one heavy door to you room, now you have two. 4. Bring your own pillows. Those feather pillows were awful. other than that, loved the hotel, and everything associated with clearwater beach. Would definitely go back again and again.

No words can express how wonderful a weekend we had here at SpringHilm suites by Marriott. I can to celebrate my mother's 84th birthday, and everything...from luggage storage, to early check in, to complimentary breakfast l mean...everything!! The front desk lady(l think her name is Nancy or NT) should be the next CEO cause...she was 100% stellar. And the best part...location. l recommend highly to everyone, and l will come here for our next visit.

Stayed at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Clearwater Beach and had a great experience overall. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a fantastic location—super close to the beach and everything Clearwater Beach has to offer. Spacious suites with comfy beds and a solid free breakfast to start the day. Special shoutout to John G in valet—he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made arrivals/departures a breeze. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing beach getaway!

I had such a great experience visiting my family at this hotel. The hotel was in a great location! Offered great views from the pool. Matt the valet was exceptional and recommended the best places to eat and always greeted us with a smile. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and professional the valets and staff were. We will definitely be booking our next stay here after seeing what a great experience our family had there!

I stayed at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Clearwater Beach and had a really enjoyable experience! The hotel feels modern and well kept, and my room was spacious and comfortable. I felt so welcomed and truly at ease to relax and recharge. The location was amazing, and the staff were very helpful and friendly during my stay, John G. in valet was also very kind and courteous, as he went out of his way to help me better navigate the area for a stress free experience. Overall, I had such a delightful time during my stay and I can’t wait to visit again!

We had a fabulous stay and the hotel did not disappoint one bit! Breakfast was really great and the view was spectacular. John G in valet took extra time with us to help us get dinner reservations at a great local restaurant. Kudos to the rest of the hotel staff for being helpful. We look forward to coming back soon.

The rooms were clean and a good location but very noisy. They are also small. The hallways are noisy and the noises from the pool echo everywhere. The bar prices for what it is are extremely high. I would not stay here again.

Booked through Marriot Bonvoy points. Excellent location for walking around and exploring Clearwater beach. Great customer service and we received an upgraded king room with a balcony. Room was great and complimentary breakfast was among the best I’ve had; selection and taste were very impressive. Only minor complaint is that the thermostat in our room could not be set lower than 68F. Would totally recommend staying here.
