Shane on this ENTIRE ESTABLISHMENT. This hotel kicked me out after I told them to note my medical condition in their notes. I was tired of people staring at me like a weirdo or some drug addict just randomly falling asleep.(while being pregnant as well) I offered medical records too. I paid on time early everyday. I never bothered the staff. Cleaned my own room.! I always smoked outside. Mind u the week I was there I had no company beside be on both sides like a few rooms above me and in each side of me was EMPTY. I only had my child’s father for traffic. So the lord and said they would not extend my reservation because they had noise complaints and traffic complaints when this was a whole bold face freaking lie. But of course they can’t use my condition because I’d slap them with a lawsuit. So let’s just lie because I have a medical treatment from a side effect from a chemo treatment trial I did when I was 16 years old .! The staff was very rude and unfriendly. A bunch of drug activity and tweaked in their cars all hours of the night but have the audacity to say I had a noise complaint when it’s just me myself and I and I never even turned on the tv. This hotel is a joke and so are the people who run the front desk. Very rude. Very unprofessional and very uneducated. I was so embarrassed and so Upset. Never in my life have I ever had this type of issue while staying at a hotel.

Staff was helpful and cordial. Room and bathroom were clean. Good breakfast. Only please take note, there is no elevator to the second floor. Not a problem for us but if you need it make sure to let them know when you make the reservation. Other than that, the area was quiet, no noise from the nearby highway. Its close to the airport so you will hear the airplanes lol. As a woman at first glance I was worried but I spend a week there and felt safe, but always carry your door locks ladies.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived—they really went out of their way to make sure everything was comfortable and stress-free. Housekeeping also deserves a special shoutout because they did an amazing job keeping the room spotless and fresh every day. It made such a difference coming back to a clean, well-maintained space. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel has no elevator. We requested a first floor room due to a knee injury but were given a room on the second floor. When the error was discovered the hotel was unable to correct it as all first floor rooms were occupied. They didn’t offer any other resolution or even assistance with getting our heavy luggage up the stairs. The room was clean but nothing in the room worked. Phone did not work at all, TV didn’t work correctly, and most concerning, the toilet handle had to be held down until the bowl completely filled to the top before anything went down. Rather disgusting and several times required 2 flushes…the second would splash out of the bowl. Being at the end of the airport runway, it was also loud and there is a racetrack nearby that added to the noise well into the night. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good.

We booked the room online, never having even heard of a "SureStay" so we were hoping it would be decent. We only needed to stay the night and catch a plane early in the morning. The rooms are clean, there's a pool, we felt safe and didn't see any bugs. It's a win for me. The only issue we had is that our room was right outside the pool and a group of people were bbq'ing and playing music...so it wasn't a very quiet experience.

When a winter storm made us change our plans, we needed to stay two nights near Tampa. I found this hotel at a discounted rate, not too far from the airport. It just took 15 minutes to drive there. It's a plain-jane hotel. Our room didn't have shampoo or soap for the shower. But it was clean, had the appliances we expected, and gave us a good night's sleep. It is within hearing of the Clearwater International Airport, but the roar of the jets was muted by the heavy walls. Didn't disturb us at all. The breakfast was better than expected and had protein as well as usual breads. The make-your-own waffle was very popular and smelled terrific. The desk agents were pleasant, professional, and helpful. When we couldn't get our TV to work, one woman came out to diagnose the problem, and stayed to chat with us while all the channels downloaded. We were very grateful for this clean place to stay at modest prices.

Room slightly dirty (shower curtain slightly stained sheets) , fridge didn't seem to stay cold. Otherwise it was a wonderful time, pool was very nice. Right next to the airport but didn't seem to bother us at all. Breakfast was ok

I am beyond angry and deeply disappointed by this hotel’s lack of humanity and compassion. We booked a non-refundable room and couldn’t make the trip. I understood that meant we were out the money. I called and asked if the room , which was already paid for, could be used by CASA (the local domestic violence shelter). I would have handled the coordination myself. I mean, anyone can book a room and change the name on the reservation for someone else. They refused. Not because the room wasn’t paid for. Not because it wasn’t possible. Simply because they chose not to. I was told the room would go unused instead. Wasted. This hotel would rather leave a room empty than allow a person in crisis to use it for one night. If you have another option to stay somewhere else based one one compassionate review, take it. There are plenty of places that understand hospitality is about people, not just profit. SureStay by Best Western in St. Pete/Clearwater, clearly does not.

Our stay was good, but there are some things that were issues when we stayed. First off, I have to say it, the staff were kind and nice! We received, bottles of water and small chips bags for being a Best Western Rewards member. Now going to the rooms themselves, they were decent, but there was a issue I found. The bathroom door almost looks like it's been teared or has had someone kicking or punching it. The door still closes but I still want to mention that. Other than that, there is a microwave, fridge, desk and TV in your rooms. The sleeping experience was good too. Our breakfast were was one of the highlights! I'd say you get a lot more than you expect. First off, there are apples and bananas. There is a waffle maker. Your protein are eggs and sausage, and there is also biscuits and gravy. There are plenty of bread here, with toast, bagels, and English muffins. In the fridge you'll find yogurt, boiled eggs, and milk. There is also coffee and tea. The location is good, being near the St. Pete Clearwater airport and being near the middle of the 2 cities. Tampa is also a drive over the bridge. Overall, we had a good stay, but look out for the bathrooms.

Room was slightly below average. Fridge didn't work without finding the short in the cord. This hotel is literally located at the end of the airport runway, so be prepared to hear the airplanes run up their engines for takeoff until late evening. I selected this hotel because it has free airport shuttle and breakfast was included. The shuttle doesn't start till after 8am and breakfast starts about the same time. Disappointedly BOTH of which were not early enough for my 6am flight. Staff was friendly and helpful though.
