The location of Palm Pavilion Inn is hard to beat—you’re just steps from the beach, restaurants, and everything Clearwater Beach has to offer. Unfortunately, the hotel itself did not live up to our expectations. While parking is available, it is not free, and there is also a $25 per day amenity fee that wasn’t immediately obvious when booking. We were also disappointed to learn that the beach chairs are not included. There is signage posted at the beach showing the rental costs, and hotel guests have the charges added directly to their room bill. The rooms are quite small and feel dated. The beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows offered very little support, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, you’re paying for the excellent location, but the accommodations and added fees made it difficult for us to feel that the stay was a good value.

Angelo with Palm Palvion beach chair and umbrellas rentals always greets you with a smile and helps where needed. As my Mom would say,” he was raised right!” Thank you for always being helpful with my mom and her needs getting down to the beach and back. We truly appreciate you!!!

We love the beach chair service at Palm Pavillion. This is the only spot we come to in Clearwater. Angelo is the absolute best. Beyond friendly and provides top notch service. We come here about once a week and look forward to seeing him each time.

Excellent location for a beach trip! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful and it is steps away from the beach!

First, special shoutout to Al, what a lovely person to be working at their front desk. Gave us awesome restaurant recommendations and was a friendly face to say hi to our whole stay. The lovely people(s) who took care of our room (Becky) were also amazing. All of the staff was accommodating and it was a great place to stay!

Our little slice of heaven on Clearwater beach. Bill, the parking attendant so just a love. Such a nice guy. Ask him to serenade you with his singing! Housekeepers are attentive. We love staying here. The rates are fair pricing. Parking lot is convenient. Easy to walk most places. And having the beach right there is a plus!!!! Due to location, it can be noisy at times, from city trucks, delivery trucks etc but that doesn’t bother us!

Best kept secret in Clearwater Beach!! We did searches for a great place to stay during or vacation and this gem did not disappoint!! Very clean hotel, staff was extremely nice and helpful! We will be back again! On site parking, bar and grill within steps from the hotel and the beach just a short walk out the door! Chair and umbrella rentals available for a reasonable price!

Got a last minute room here recently and really enjoyed it. The parking and access to everything was amazing.

Awesome location ! Walk directly to the beach or the bar first for a drinky drink lol ! We came for the 4th of July weekend . Checking was a breeze and mrs Lynn was super friendly and explained everything also gave me good recommendations for sight seeing . The rooms were nice had a nice lil view on the 2nd floor . They also have an observatory section up on the roof ! The pool was very refreshing ! Free parking which is great considering how much parking is around the area . Walking distance from shops, bars and restaurants on the main strip . It was quiet at nite so getting some Good nite sleep came easily . About 30 minutes from TPA . Only thing is NO WASHER AND DRYER onsite to wash clothes from the beach ! Bummer !! Yea come on guys gotta invest in a washer and dryer for your guest to use ! And no iron to Iron out clothes from luggage ! Other than that our stay was good ! Highly recommend and will return !!
